The nine arrested campaigners are returning to Court on Wednesday
the Fifth of September, in the Navan District Courthouse.

Seven, who were arrested together have been on continuing bail.

CST launched a new court challenge today in the EU offices - the litigant is Michael Canney, former spokesman for the Campaign.
Here follows a press release, a statement from Michael and a statement of support from our primary poet: Seamus Heaney.

On Thursday the 30th August the NRA are conferencing at the Gresham Hotel
at 9.30am. This is on the M3 archaelogy. Most campaigners know by now that
the Shindig is a regular one (part of the PR campaigns) and has been occuring

The Irish Government is building a four-lane motorway only 1 km from the main site of The Hill of tara however the whole land around the main hill is of archeological interest, historical interest and spiritual interest. In July 2007 bulldozers came in the middle of the night (possibly to avoid the protestors, speculation but I can't see any excuse for using bulldozers in the middle of the night) destroying an ancient burial ground at Baronstown in the tara-Skryne valley. Independent archaeologists claimed this site was of national monument status! The site was entirely devastated. read full story / add a comment
