Consultancy fees and Black Holes

category dublin | bin tax / household tax / water tax | opinion/analysis author Monday August 21, 2006 18:33author by John McDermott - Removefiannafailauthor email jmcd444 at yahoo dot co dot uk Report this post to the editors

Martin Cullen's greatest ever waste of money.?

Following the Port Tunnel Hole, more money is going down another great Fianna Fail Black Hole on the M 50
Draining tunnels and taxpayers alike.
Draining tunnels and taxpayers alike.

Yet another black hole in Taxpayers pockets. Martin's greatest ever "Race to Waste"?
The Port Tunnel -if it ever opens will not facilitate the new generation of super trucks. Smaller carriers will however fit through and this happy prospect plus the proposed 800 million Euro buy out of the iniquitous "West Link toll bridge" will probably put enough lorries onto the M50, with sufficient rapidity, to ensure that the current logjam at the toll bridge will transfer to the Mad Cow roundabout where most of them will be exiting for The south of the country.
the Tailback from the Lucan road exit where lorries will leave for the west will probably block one of the two lanes on the Westlink bridge entirely.!
So much for 800 million in NTR,s pockets, plus a few billion for the Port Black Hole.
Note for Martin Cullen: Please send my consultancy fees to Soldiers of Destiny.org, Gran Canaria,Spain.
Total due: 300,001 Euros. (5% discount if paid within 7 days)
You may be wondering about the odd 1 euro, well it's a point of principal. Cause I'm worth more than Monica Leech.!

There's no song like an old song.
Fianna Fail are running out of confidence tricks.this one in todays times is so old and discredited as to ask do they take us all for monkeys-or are they in a hurry to leave office with their bags stuffed with developers cash ?
Minister Dermot Ahern said he is drawing up plans for new "super affordable" housing aimed at individuals earning about €25,000 a year.
He said funding for such an initiative "could" come from money handed over to local authorities by developers in lieu of providing social and affordable housing.! Now where did we hear that one before?
Labour's environment spokesman Eamon Gilmore said: "People in need of housing can have no confidence in this type of 11th hour pronouncement from what is a dying Government.

A Dying government.?
A Dying government.?
