Gordon Brown has either been taken in by the WHO's disinformation on its Pandemic Treaty or is an instrument of it, says Dr David Bell. The former Prime Minister's reassuring claims are demonstrably false.

Donald Trump shows he's the master of campaigning as he says all his supporters want to hear, says James Alexander. In the UK many such things are unutterable, and that?s because after 1776 we followed different paths.

Mark Barnsley speaks on prison resistance in Derry

Ex fitted up political activist talked in Derry on Saturday 24th September on a speaking tour titled ‘Resisting the Prison State’.

While in Derry Mark met with former members of the Justice for Mark Barnsley Campaign (Ireland) who helped set up the afternoon talk in Sandinos Café-Bar. Mark took time out and had a brief tour of the city’s former hot-spots in and around the Bogside. As well as taking time out to see the murals Mark visited the Bloody Sunday monument were the families and relatives of those murdered by British State Forces back January 1972 still await justice!

The talk and discussion that followed was welcomed by his friends and supporters as Mark gave a clear and direct insight into the history and nature of prison struggle in England, Scotland and Wales. Mark met afterwards with former republican and republican socialist political prisoners as well as a number of political activists locally who attended.

Mark is currently touring the country and has to date talked in Belfast and Derry. He will be speaking Dublin tomorrow evening Monday 26th September in the Teachers Club.

If you can make time to hear Mark and of the continued Resistance to the Prison State!

John, Derry.

Maybe you should actually read a little about my case (which you clearly have not) before making comments like that Mr Daubney.

Why where five of Mr Barnsley's alleged attackers stabbed by their own knives? Capitalism sucks but Anarchy states we are responsible for our own actions!
Therefore Mr Barnsley got his just rewards. Sorry for pissing on your chips but life's hard and sometime the truth is harder.

The British Tribes were conquored 42 A.D. and the substance of that conquest was the destruction of the matriarchy and the enslavement of all women, children, men and the entire working class, which was the whole people. One of the tools the Roman Slaveholders used to do so was the then introduced slave holder pens, (now called prisons). It is there that the Roman slaveholders first broke the matriarchy by alienating men , women and children from each other , family and commune wise. It was there that they first introduced the practice of man makes all the rules and women and children are inferior. The fifty-fifty law making process which is natures harmony and ecological balance of the species was disrupted and to this day the balance has not been restored leaving women and children and the entire working class in a discriminated against position, an alienated position. Liberation of the species world wide neccesitates the electing of woman to the species law of fifty-fifty again to the natural harmony that is the man , woman question can become a reality. The prison system must be abolished for that to occur and the practice of communes not prisons implemented. Woman must make half the laws in a calendar year and man make half the laws for a true harmony to take place. That is why all empires must fall because the true path to liberation can then proceed. Christ knew that also, and for his moving to liberation of the slaves the Roman Slaveholders soldiers murdered him. Spartacus also knew that and had he defeated that last Roman armie , we would live in a much different world today. Viva liberation.

having attende the talk by Mark on Monday night in Dublin. one could identify with Mark, thats if one was a political community activist whom the state did everything to stop working class women and men empowering themselves against the drugs trade during the 1980s and 1990s when this state didn't give a dam about the rights of children living in flats complexes/housing estates. people been brought to non jury court in Dublin and scum of heroin pushers used and allowed by the state to give evidence against community activists.
in one incidence a known child abuser gave evidence who allowed his flat to be used for heroin dealing
Mark was waisting his time talking to certain liberal waisters, weith their wishy midle class politics.

In 1994, while out with his partner and child, he was attacked by 15 drunken, middle-class thugs who were armed with bottles, drinking glasses and a knife. He tried to defend himself and ended up being convicted and sent to jail for 8 years.
While in jail Mark continued to act on his anarchist beliefs and as a result ended up being punished with solitary confinement, loss of privileges and being moved from prison to prison.

After an international solidarity campaign Mark was released from prison in 2002 and has resumed his work in prisoner solidarity activites – focusing on prison labour amongst other issues.

He will be speaking in Dublin on the 26th of September at 8 in the Teachers Club, Parnell Square on the subject of ‘Resisting the Prison State’.
