Veteran Irish Republican and Human Rights Activist, Bill O'Brien (Dublin and Donegal), takes on Former Fine Gael TD, Paddy Harte over the latter's promotion of the wearing of the British Poppy and the glorification of war.
Bill will also be on Ocean Fm Radio on Monday 14th November 2011, on the Niall Delaney show at 9.05am. Paddy Harte has been requested to come on and discuss the issues - no doubt the arch imperialist will avoid the opportunity to debate. read full story / add a comment

Under the Residential Institutions Redress Act, 2002 the Irish Residential Institutions Redress Board came into being. I submit that Its conduct and operation constitutes a gross violation of National and International Human and Civil Rights.It encourages unscrupulous applicants and professional people to lie, conceal information and give false evidence in return for financial awards.It denies it's victims their right to innocence unless proved otherwise, and hides behind a wall of absolute secrecy. There is a growing concern among the people of Ireland about the credibility of solicitors and the Law Society. Change is needed soon, because people are becoming increasingly frustrated and upset with the anomalies, injustices and delays that they have to encounter in their dealings with unscrupulous solicitors. An evil monster is growing in our legal society which encourages a dogma of belief that there is no wrong in Slander,Liable,Deformation,Secrecy, Corruption,Threat,Deception, Perjury ,Theft and a host of other perversions in our justice system that combine together and destroy the common good. read full story / add a comment
