I don't blame you for being upset - I wouldn't pay €10 to listen to a 'wolf tone' ( produced when a played note matches the natural resonating frequency of the body of a musical instrument) either !
And lets not forget that the man being commemorated in Sallins on Sunday 13th June next - Wolfe Tone - was also concerned about our sovereignty : in that it was then , and still is today, being subverted by the Westminster parliament. And I would bet more than a tenner that the main speaker at that commemoration , Stephen Daly, will have something to say about the (recent) Israeli acts of murderous aggression.

And Ireland never belonged to the Irish.But the Gael had the insight to periodically rotate land tenure to suit changing demography.The Great Lie of the Land is that any individual can 'own' an acre, other than in the sense that the winners of the last war for possession have issued titles in the name of their hegemony. Anglo-Norman feudal 'ownership' is an imposition, recognised in our constitution by stipulations of conditionality in regards to 'the common good',a concept gone with the winds of 'enhanced neutrality'. But the conciousness that this is the true state remains in the willingness of the average ordinary decent landholder to allow access to those who act responsibly in regard to his justifiable rights of tenure. The problems arising from these contradictions are difficult to sove on any national level and will require global strategies, as will all resource management, if we are not to descend into a repeat of last century's 'great wars'. The Israeli culture,so long that of 'a people without land' should be leading these changes instead of becoming the most recalcitrant and entrenched defender of what contradicts the experience of their history.
The problem seems to be that the lessons of history, are dispensed with by those too busy pursuing the trappings(nice word, that)of power.

Despite the atrocious weather conditions , interference by the Political Police and the arrest of one man , the Wolfe Tone Commemoration was held on Sunday June 13th 2010 , in Sallins , as planned.

I'm not a supporter of rsf but credit where its due as this is the only Tone commemoration advertised on this site and is the only one that i've seen leaflets and posters about
is no other group holding a commemoration?

The RSF Bodenstown Commemoration is, at the time of writing, the only such event advertised on this site and I haven't yet been able to find notification elsewhere of any other Wolfe Tone commemorations but other groups may post details here in the next week or two.
And, like yourself, the only Bodenstown leaflets and posters that I have come across are those issued by RSF - again, perhaps other groups are just slow or can't be bothered ?
