A new law in New York state makes websites liable for $1,000-a-day fines if they fail to remove ?hateful? content, i.e., defining a woman as an ?adult human female?. Luckily, it?s being challenged in the courts.

One in five jobs in the department of the MHRA that authorises vaccines for public use are currently vacant. Should we be worried? Yes, says a safety expert. If vacancies climb above 15%, safety is compromised.

Many airlines are still insisting on negative PCR tests as a condition of travel, even though the countries they?re flying to have dropped this requirement. Why?

Smile Free, which campaigns against mask mandates, predicted that whether you had to wear masks in hospitals and clinics would become a ?postcode lottery?, unconnected with science or evidence. And so it has come to pass.

For a society free of intolerence and racism!

This is a great inititive and well done to all concerned for organising it. Unfortunately it clashes with the National Public Setvice Alliance (NPSA) Rally Against the so-called 'pay' 'deal' And Against the cuts in Public Services proposed in that 'deal' taking place in the Mont Clare Hotel, Merrion Square from 12-4pm also on Saturday. It's s pity as both events will take numbers from other each other.

Actually it's the conference on the pay deal that clashes with the rally in memory of Toyosi, seeing as the rally was called first. As the rally heads for the Dáil, it would be good if the conference could adjourn for half an hour and come round the corner to show support. After all, the public service includes some workers who would be potential targets for racist violence themselves, and it's in all our interests to stand up against those who want to divide us.

Here's the Evening Herald newspaper's story on today's [Thur. 8th] funeral:
"Family and friends bid tearful final farewell to slain schoolboy Toyosi" at: http://www.herald.ie/national-news/family-and-friends-b....html
Fair play to them, they included: "A statement was issued by the Toyosi Memorial Committee announcing that a peaceful march and rally will take place in Dublin city centre on Saturday. ... The march will begin at the Garden of Remembrance at Parnell Square at 2pm and proceed to the Dail. "
