Jump To Comment: 1The Irish state is already keeping everyone's dna without express permission through heel prick testing which occurs when an infant is 2 or 3 days old. Almost every person get the heel prick test done at birth. I have recently discovered that the lab keeps the blood samples permanently and uses them for research. Hows that for a ready made database?
