Cork Action For Equality will host an event to launch our campaign- a coffee morning.
The coffee morning (after all, Cork Action For Equality can be abbreviated to CAFÉ) will take place on:
Friday, 25th September 2009
Grub Café, South Main St.
12.00 to 3.00pm
Everyone is invited- straight, gay, lesbian, transgender, transsexual, pansexual, try-sexual, old, young, middle-aged etc…
Tell your friends and family. Tell your neighbours, tell casual acquaintances- Tell Everyone!
We view this event as a great way to get to know everyone and for everyone to get to know us. We’ll also use to event to carry out some fundraising for MarriagEquality and tickets will be available for the MarriagEquality raffle (Top prizes include a car and a holiday- wow!)
Friday, 25th September in Grub is the place to be seen (especially if you appreciate a good scone, a good cup of cha or java and a pleasant conversation with just about anyone!). Of course, Cork Action For Equality will be there not just to scoff scones, but to talk business- MarriagEquality TD packs will be available and we’ll be armed to help anyone out with queries.
