Picket/protest at the non-inspection of CIA torture flights: 10AM, West County Hotel, Ennis

Inspect the Inspectorate

Ireland, shamefully, criminally, continues to turn the blind eye to the blatant CIA ferrying of "Terrorist" suspects through Shannon Airport for detention and torture abroad, as such, due to the presence of Kathleen M. O'Toole, Chief Inspector of the Garda Inspectorate at the Céifin Centre's 2007 Conference in the West County Hotel, Limerick Road, Ennis, anti-war activists will be protesting against this country's and its spineless Garda hirelings, collusion with the US on Extraordinary Rendition .
O'Toole
O'Toole

O'Toole fresh from her stint as first female police commissioner of Boston Police Department is now head honcho of the Inspectorate: "set up to audit Ireland's national police force, the Garda Síochána and report to Ireland's Minister for Justice, Equality & Law Reform on changes to improve efficiency in line with best international practice." is curiously silent on the 3 monkeys approach of the Garda who won't wake up and smell the blood.

As O'Toole is scheduled to deliver her spiel; Policing -The Future at 9.50AM, would activists strive to be there at 10AM - hopefully, there'll be enough of us to rekindle her conscience and sense of duty and her sense of smell as regards the outrage outside and do, do something?.
