When Dicey summarised the principle of parliamentary sovereignty he wrote: "Parliament can do everything but make a woman a man and a man a woman." Alas, thanks to the European Court of Human Rights, that's no longer true.

Ok- Halloween is probably starting really early this year!

The campaign events:-

Many have offered expertise and support (there are even begrudgers), the above links contain
the contacts for the organisers and campaigns.

The A/C for legal defence is not open yet, apologies, but will cover the usual stuff
transport, legal, food for the starving during long court sittings etc. As it stands now, there are two
ongoing cases -legal actions. The state is to be prosecuted by the European Court re Tara
and the campaigners are to be sued by the state for a multitude of sins Including:-
Trepass, (Housing, misc provisions) 2002, Public Order and general pixie stuff...

I believe that many of the citizens of Ireland are being denied their Civil,National and International rights by agencies of the Irish State , and the Irish Government.
As we suffer from crooked solicitors and a very corrupt incompetent government, it can be clearly be seen that our state authority do not care for our heritage, and they do not protect their citizens and people of Ireland.
I call on every Man, Woman and Child to take these uncaring, selfish, greedy millionaire crooked people to the European Courts, and to keep doing this until these people, who are destroying our country and our people, are brought to account for their crookery, and justice is done.
Regards,
Setanta.

Setanta,
There is a European court case in train at the moment. This will take some time.
The FF/PD admin were clearly in breach of habitat directive in relation to the esker at Rath Lugh
and not alone that but the granting of 38 licences to archaeological companies shewed quite
clearly that the state did not take cognisance of the ideology of Tara as a 'complex'. The M3 plan
subdivided the valley, thus, refusing to acknowledge the inter-relatedness of the sites-
suggest you read the reports on the Salafia case with regard to the defence by NRA and state,
all this will come out. in the meantime the interests of the people who are contnuing defence is
crucial and not a further dilution of action. The EU court is both expensice and tedious. what
is needed now by campaigners is focus on what can be achieved and of course
those who can witness or give evidence to the case already in process should be contacting
legal with evidence, doc, tech and photos.

also suggest that the thing does not get obfuscated by ego and or agenda.
There are two cases one of third december, help needed with regard to court room
support and food.
EU case- help needed with collecting tech and evidentiary materials.= don't dilute the focus
it is imperative to keep it on the issues 'arising'.

Thanks for putting up the "vacating" of the case for Monday.
Yes, there will be convoluted "legal argument" on Monday and therefore no support required - thanks.
The next date will be announced.
