This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

They murdered millions in a racially motivated genocide, they murdered people who were mentally and/or physically handicapped.

What a non-story.
Some unknown racist in another country says on a racist chatroom to kill bertie.
Bertie should be removed from office and tried for many things, (treason, lying to the people, PfP and many scandals too numerous to mention).
But we voted out the death penalty, so treason no longer means a rope for Bertie. A 20yr stretch in Portlaoise would be more suitable.
Nazis should not be aloud to organize, Hitler once boasted that the only thing which could have stopped his party was if his enemies had recognised what they were early on and crushed them at infancy. Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. However, on the issue of shooting Bertie, the time will come( incase you don't know that time is the workers revolution)when Bertie and many like hime will have to be shot, why so as a new society can be born purged of the infectious presence of an ever ready beurgoise who would destroy it.

Violently suppressing fascists is fascism. Using their own tactics againist them makes you no better than them, and suppressed political groups of a extreme nature often helps them bloom when they gain sympathy being seen as martyrs.
Spare me the retoric, and your arguments, when you tell me "that I don't understand what they're capable of". Ask yourself this, how are you going to stop them from meeting, or speaking. Violently breaking up their meeting? Burning their books? Arresting or kidnapping their leaders? Legislating so they can't speak or meet?

As Rosa Luxemburg said, "Freedom is How Free Your Opponent Is."
You should repeat that comment from Rosa (out of context) to the millions of victims of the fascists, if they were still alive they would be really knocked out.
