I

Ireland should have a special court, where a members of the public can bring a case against the members of the Garda Siochana. With free legal aid??? Or by affidavit or information.

Because they are Special Criminals but they are also members of the Garda Siochana.

The Judges should be from mainland Europe with one Irish uncorrupted Judge.

The Constitution should be amended in particular article 40 to say please read also the articles 34-36 and 40-41. If you an Irish Citizen you should read and understand the Irish Constitution(see link below).

This should be amended to say that, “All citizens shall, as human persons, be held equal before the law, and that includes the judiciary, Executive and the Legislators that is to includes the Judges, The Gardai and the Politicians, as they are also members of the public.”

Kisses papers and Laws on papers are no use!!! We have a constitution and Laws to protect the members of the public, but is been used & abused by the State,  the Gardai and the legal professionals.

Any issues relating to Garda corruption make my blood boil because they are USUALLY TRUE! People don't make up corruption allegations!

My dealings are that they are:

- a law unto them selves
- work and collude to reduce their workload and make issues ' go away'
- do favours for mates
- support one side and usually that's the criminals

I hate them and everything that they stand for.

They are the biggest scam in Ireland and the biggest gang in Ireland. A disgrace.

The story which Conor tells is all too familiar.In rural Ireland in particular if one falls foul of the Garda Siochana normal life ceases.These so called public servants will start a campaign of harassement and intimidation by issuing summons for non existent offences.It is time that the Corrupt Garda Siochana were brought to book.The GRA had the front last year to suggest that if Gardai were not allowed to make more money and to continue doing jobs on the side,that these poor unfortunate members might be tempted to perhaps turn a little corrupt,such would be the pressure of the burden of their debts.These pandered overated arrogant civil servants need to be kicked into the real world,where the rest of the populace do not have the job security ,or renumeration enjoyed by this clique.Arecent report found the Garda Siochana to be one of the most secretive police forces in the world.The structure of the force is most certainly not compatible with a modern 21st century democracy.Finally as regards the new Garda Ombudsman,it is nothing more that a PR exercise for the corrupt force it purports to monitor.It Is in fact a complete and utter waste of time and the public would be well advised to ignore it and not to engage with this body in any way.Unfortunately with the collapse of the Irish economy there is probably little political appetite now to tackle The judicial corruption which has debased completely the image of Ireland.There is perhaps some good news for the Corrupt Garda Siochana,they are not alone.The crime fighters can count among their friends solicitors and judges the length and breadth of the country.

Surely the worst statement that can be made about the Garda Siochana is that in 52 years living in this country I have met one honest Garda,The rest were on the make in some shape or another.

further to my last paragraph, there are a few details that i forgot, garda michael maye slandered me around my home village by telling my neighbours that i was reporting them to him for offences again that never happened.
this really damaged my reputation and my business, to such an extent that local people even turned on me, my own family and friends wouldnt speak to me because they taught i was supplying the new garda with information about them.
but come on what information would there be about a backward small village in the west of ireland with a population of about 20 people, yet still garda maye kept it up to such an extent that i was afraid to leave the house, or even my bed, and i attempted suicide on 2 occasions . yet the corruption in the gardai and its ombudsman continues, with bernadette daly another leech on the public purse being employed by the state in the garda ombudsman, giving me the run around, she can be at every dog fight in the country, but has no interest in investegating an actual case and suspending proper criminals from the gardai.

on reading the above and speaking to larry, i too have been the victim of corrupt scum in the garda force. i was simply driving along in my jeep when a garda who had been harassing me for some time trying to extort money from me jumped from the ditch out onto the road and i had no other choice but stop , or else run him over.
my mistake i stopped and then 2 of them jumped me beat me up, broke my wrist, and assualted me verbally and phisically more than once, then hand cuffed me granted i had a broken wrist, and carted me off to carrick on shannon garda station, i was impriosned for 6 hours against my will and never put under arrest or charged with anything.
they then took my jeep and drove it without my permission, whilst rallying it around every back road and cattle pass in south leitrim, before filling it up with green diesel and robbing my tools.
i was refused a doctor, and told that i had a broken wrist before i met them, i was also warned to keep my mouth shut or else they would re visit.
this happened on the 12/07/2008, in keshcarrigan co leitrim, when garda michael maye and garda gerard mc govern attacked me in my home village as i was innocently going about my business, and to date the garda ombudsman have not ackted on suspending these scum for their actions that could have fatally injured me, as i also suffered a serious head injury.
but not to worry i will get justice if it take 10 years and the gardai involved, gerard mc govern ,michael maye ,james kearns , these scumbags will do time and i will see to it that they never get a pension, and are kicked out of the gardai for their greed.
i ran a small business and garda michael maye seen me as an easy target to extort money out of to repay his mortgage as he told me this in person, more than once. when i refused to hand over his brown envelobes he attacked.
since this attack i have been accused of committing offences that never even happened and judge denis mc loughlin has sent warrants for my arrest for offences that never happened and summons that were never [posted to me. so it would be hard to defend ones self in carrock on shannon court room when one never knew about the case wouldnt it.
this is just a trickle of the corruption that i will be unfolding that will be so damning that it will force the commisioner to resign his position. i also intend on clearing out the scum like judge john o hagan and denis mcloughlin and kevin p kilrane off the benches as they are team players when it comes to corruption and they will hand ouyt warrants and fines for folly offences in return for favours from corrupt gardai like garda james kearns, michael maye and gerard pj mc govern, all stationed in carrick on shannon ,and ballinamore.

gardai in the guise of the criminal assest bureau seek out ill gotten gains
having seen garda corruption at its worst and the complete disregard the corrupt garda siochana have for the law ,its now time that individual gardai up and down the country are investigated by the criminal assets bureau.every dog on the street know that many gardai around the country own guest houses flats are silent partners in business moonlight as private detectives bouncers etc for cash in hand. the police must be a completely accountable transparant force with no hidden agendas or conflicts of interest.the only way forward for the corrupt garda siochana would be a complete audit by an independent body of all garda assets held by gardai and where property or asstes cannot be accounted for and tax paid then these gardai should have their assets imponnded by the cab in the same way that criminals and tax dodgers are dealt with.if gardai were prosecuted for criminal;ity investigated for tax fraud and sacked for criminality and negligence we would quickly get a real police force .

the victim of a garda assault today informed the dept of justice of the assault in a garda station as well as informing mr mac dowell of corruption in the office of the dpp
larry sweeney businessman and uk court officer tonight informed the dept of justice equality and law reform and the tanaiste of extremely serious issues of further garda corruption as well as issues of collaboration of the office of the dpp with corrupt gardai and a corrupt solicitor operation on the northern circuit.
