Jump To Comment: 2 11) I feel very strongly about the use of Shannon Airport by the American Army. I have just watched "Would You Believe" and it has rekindled my sense of anger about this issue. Also, I have been through Shannon Airport with my two young children having to explain to them (in their terms) what they have walked into and I didn't like the sound of my own voice. The scene has often been played over in my mind's eye.
I would like to make a statement in some way or help in some way to stop this happening.
I thank you for your courage and good work.
2) saw Damien's 'Would You Believe' last night. Very good. It was a
real stroke of luck that a US transporter was moving through Shannon
as they were filming!
