Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.
AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.
Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza
Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support
With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza
China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty
A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Respect to the Raytheon 9 and the DAWC.
Best of luck in October lads!!!
Hope the judge throws away the key and gives these protesters a sentence that they will not forget
do not let these codgers hide behind the law
make sure that they pay a heavy price for their criminal behaviour
Write to Raytheon to ensure that they prosecute these turds to the max!!!!!!!
Solidarity!!! with the people of Derry(not some leftie from the world of ISMs, anarchism, socialism etc)
Mucho support, respect and praise for the Raytheon 9 at the Anti-War Ireland public meeting here in Dublin last night. People are behind you in AWI anyway!
Solidarity.
It appears to me that that the implicit agreement made between Raytheon and the public would be: If you tolerate this, then we promise that it will never be your children.
The same tacit agreement comes from Blair, Bush, and Ahern; if it's not happening to you, then it's not happening.
But it is happening. Raytheon makes its billions by manufacturing weapons, which it sells to whoever can afford them, for whatever purpose the purchaser wishes. That's capitalism. That would make Raytheon, at the absolutely very least, an accomplice in the crimes the weapons are used to commit.
If I sell a handgun to a person on the street, and that person uses the hangun to murder someone, I would face a jail sentence. If Raytheon sells a multi-million pound weapons system to someone, and it is used to kill civilians, blow up a water treatment plant, etc., no questions asked. Why the double standard?
But cause and effect never seem to come up. For most people, Raytheon is just a building. It doesn't make anything in particular; it just sits there and provides jobs. And isn't that always a good thing?
Irish people ,north and south, are taking responsibility for what's happening in their country. The Dail, the Northern Ireland Assembly (it almost seems precious to mention it, doesn't it?), and London don't care. Worse, they're making a fortune off the profits. That tells me that the ordinary channels of democracy have fundamentally broken down.
Peace and solidarity with the brave people who say, 'no more.'
The Raytheon Nine appeared in court today and were remanded on continuing bail to appear again in court on 12 October.
The nine stormed the Derry base of US arms manufacturer Raytheon on Wednesday 9 August, barricading themselves into the building. Raytheon produce software for Guided Missile Units used by Israel's army in its assault on Lebanon.
Before the hearing Eamonn McCann, one of the nine, read out the following statement on behalf of the group outside the Derry Courthouse :
"We want to thank everyone who has come here this morning to associate themselves with us. We associate ourselves with you and with all in Derry who have been appalled by the war in the Middle East and the suffering on all sides, inflicted especially and most cruelly in recent weeks on the Arab people of Lebanon and Palestine.
We are a small part of the great movement around the world calling for an end to the malign involvement in the region of the western powers, particularly the US and Britain. The nine of us stand together behind the action taken at Raytheon on 9 August. We hold that we had a legal right and a political and moral duty to do what we did. We will not face the court as the accused, but as
the accusers. We shall endeavour to expose the illegal and immoral record of arms companies like Raytheon in fuelling the war for the sake of profit
We send greetings to the peace campaigners who have been maintaining a vigil at Raytheon's missile headquarters in Tuscon, Arizona, and who have this morning conveyed their solidarity with us. We thank the members of the Fife Anti-War Coalition, who are picketing the Raytheon plant at Glenrothes today to show their support for us. We salute Margaret Jones and Paul Milling, who have gone on trial this week at Bristol Crown Court for resisting war crimes at RAF Fairford.
We thank all those who have expressed support for us, from various political parties and from none.
The whole world is watching, not this case in Derry but the world-wide phenomenon of which this case is part, the global resistance to war and imperialism, the real international community which represents the last best hope of humankind."
"Hope the judge throws away the key and gives these protesters a sentence that they will not forget
do not let these codgers hide behind the law
make sure that they pay a heavy price for their criminal behaviour
Write to Raytheon to ensure that they prosecute these turds to the max!!!!!!!

The crazed tone of your post and the fact that you resort to name calling betrays your lack of rational argument.
If you see such a distinction in position on Raytheon between leftists/antiwar activists and the rest of the Derry population, why don't you organise a pro-Raytheon rally at the court house next time & see who turns up?
Solidairty from Dublin Catholic Worker crew and network. Also from Scott & Clare (in a letter received this week) and the Worcester CW who have nonviolented resisted Raytheon in Massachusettes for many years.
See you Monday night in Derry

A footnote to the above:
It is particularly ironic that this attack on the right to protest should be taking place under the authority of Peter Hain, British Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. Hain made his political reputation in the early 1970s as an anti-apartheid activist who organized direct action against tours by the South African rugby and cricket teams. As a leading figure on the Labour left, he continued to endorse direct action, writing in 1983: 'the more direct action there is against nuclear weapons in Britain, the greater the freedom a Labour government will have to get rid of them.'
The Raytheon Nine are facing imprisonment for staying true to the principles Hain has abandoned. Like peace campaigners elsewhere in Ireland and in the rest of the world, they took non-violent direct action. Their trial is a threat to the global anti-war movement. At a time when the clouds of war are darkening and spreading over the Middle East, the right to protest must be defended. We demand that all charges against the Raytheon Nine be dropped immediately.
Sincerely,
http://www.petitiononline.com/dawc/
theres a major difference between picketing Raytheon and maintaining a vigil on raytheon and thrashing an office of raytheon
The difference hopefully is a prison sentence. If everybody believed they were entitled to thrash and destroy something because they truly believed they were correct(i.e they ignore the basic code of law) and thought they could get away with it, everything would be fair game including the swp offices
...between protest and nonviolent resistance,
these people are being tried in a Diplock court , the occupying power just wont tolerate uppity paddies behaving in such a fashion
So what if a few computers got trashed.
If they had set off one of the missiles then you would have something to cry about.
But they aren't terrorists they are peace protesters.
What about the children who are being killed with these WMD.
People who make bombs and missiles don't deserve to work anyway.
Close the Derry bomb factory. Let the workers get decent, ethical jobs.
Free the Raytheon 9!
The problem is a society who locks up the people who care and who express dissent at mindless bloodspilling by our governments who blow people and their worlds apart with bombs and missiles and there are people who live with constant threat. We don't live where they live & we were lucky enough to be born removed from these global hot spots. Our government's cannot ignore them. Our money lines the pockets of our governments. We voted them in. Do we support them? They are OK'd to kill by our complacency - but if we dare to protest or to take direct action - (to a far lesser degree even than they) - we are on trial and face jail. It is completely backwards and defies logic and common sense. Do that many people actually support their governments going into an area and actually killing people with force and violence? Sounds like a horror movie to me. Oh dear, it's reality!
It makes sense for more and more of us to wake up to this and to get active and to begin to attempt if we have to to make the government wake up and smell the coffee it makes for its prisoners. What a world when all the crooks lock up all the good guys. Ha ha ha. So really, who is getting the last laugh here? Can we all just continue to sit back and watch and not do something? Anything?
Why does it seem that the more power you have the more you can get away with blatant in your face killing. The fact that mothers would send/watch their sons & daughters go to fight for these people, to kill the children of other mothers. Can we all agree that it is time to stop - I mean STOP THE KILLING OF PEOPLE BY OTHER PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF THEIR GOVERNMENT. Surely we are indeed more civilised and in touch with not only our own and our neighbours needs, but also the needs of the planet that we all call our home and all the creatures who also have no say. This is not good for mother earth either.
When will we all wake up? - It is great to see this action and all like it. It is so much better than inaction and complicity. If you have not got the time or energy to join them at least commend them for their efforts - their action is one sure step in the right direction.
I applaud and support all of you and hope and pray that there are more just like you. Because actions like this give me hope that there are people out there, just like me, who really care.
Thank God you are here.
The only reasons governemnts do what they do is due to a lack of accountability . If they felt accoountable to their citizens they wouldnt act against their wishes . Therefore in order to co-erce their citizens they ake them accountable to their draconian laws and avoid accountability thmselves . Only a minority of citizens are ever likely to take the risk of being held accountable for their actions .
It would have been hard for them to set off a missile Jamie. Its not the kind of thing you find lying around an office.
We'll be out with signs Tuesday morning in support and solidarity with the Raytheon 9 at Raytheon Missile Systems' Tucson, Arizona, factory, our monthly vigil (since 1998) where many of the deadly devices with Derry software are put together.
SOLI-DERRY-TY!
Is the software developed in Derry actually used in raytheon missiles or is this purely speculation?
No Ian its a missile factory. It has been widely publicised as being so. Of course they produce missile software. Where else do you think it comes from? What kind of software do you think they produce, games or educational programmes? wise up.
Actually Jamie if you do your research properly, instead of listening to propaganda and misinformation then you'll find its NOT a missile factory (there are enough sources of reputable information to proove this - but you could just ask people who work for the other companies in the same building as Raytheon if all else fails).
It is a software house which produces software only. They don't make components or hardware or missiles. And there is no explosives, missiles, rocket fuel, etc in there so its completely safe to protest up there in Derry and not be blown apart.
