Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

20 Million hotel built with proceeds of illegal dump

category national | bin tax / household tax / water tax | news report author Friday August 11, 2006 12:46author by John McDermott - www.fiannafailparty.bizauthor address Gran Canaria ,Spain Report this post to the editors

Guess who will pay for the clean up.?

The irish people will pay dearly through the bin taxes and other impositions for cleaning up the hundreds of illegal dumps operated by Cement Roadstone, and other Friends of Fianna Fail during the past two decades. This problem has not been touched upon by our current government-nor will it be- until after the coming election.
Two wasters meet on the street in Kerry.
Two wasters meet on the street in Kerry.

Two wasters and a new 20 million euro hotel!!
The poor get solicitors letters for non payment of the bin taxes-meanwhile the rich build new hotels:
THE wealthy businessman whose hotel venture was visited by Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has been linked to illegal dumping, it emerged in August 2006 (Irish Independent0
While on holidays in Sneem, in Co Kerry, Mr Ahern paid a visit to the site of the new €20m Sneem Hotel due to open next March.
The businessman behind the venture, Louis Moriarty, a staunch Fianna Failer, has been involved in a number of court actions over illegal dumping by his former business, Swalcliffe Ltd, trading as Dublin Waste.
Mr Moriarty, a native of Sneem who lives in Griffith Ave, Drumcondra, Dublin, pleaded guilty last month to an offence under the Waste Management Act and is due for sentencing in respect of that. The Taoiseach was pictured in national newspapers yesterday accompanied by Mr Moriarty when he visited the site for the new hotel.
A spokesman for Mr Ahern said he has been visiting Sneem for over 20 years and last Sunday "a local person, who is known to him, asked him to visit the development and he was glad to do it".
The spokesman said the visit was not officially organised and was not in the Taoiseach's diary.
He said the Taoiseach had no prior knowledge of Mr Moriarty before the visit.! He added: "The Taoiseach has absolutely nothing to say about any case pending that Mr Moriarty may be involved in." Yesterday, the newly appointed marketing and sales manager for the hotel, Nicola Duggan, confirmed she had approached Mr Ahern on the street and asked if he would visit the Sneem Hotel site in order to help launch the project.
Mr Moriarty is no longer involved in the waste business. Dublin Circuit Criminal Court was told recently that he will be due before the court in relation to illegal dumping. In 2001, Wicklow Co Council discovered two major illegal dumps and commenced investigations along with the Gardai. Court proceedings were also issued against Swalcliffe Ltd.
The company was fined a total of IR£7,500 and ordered to pay IR£8,000 in costs for illegal dumping.
A hearing in Dublin District Court was told there were discrepancies of up to 8,500 tonnes per month between the amount of waste that Dublin Waste said it was disposing of and the amount received from it by two dumps approved by the Environmental Protection Authority.
Mr Moriarty and his wife Eileen, both directors of Swalcliffe Ltd were also fined IR£1,500 between them.
Crime pays it seems-and dumping your waste pays best of all. Now guess who will pay to clean up the sites where Moriarty dumped his rubbish for the past ten years.?-you've got it in one-you will, meanwhile Mr Moriarty will collect massive tax reliefs on his hotel build with the proceeds of criminality-any room for the CAB to confiscate the hotel.?
Oh,Bertie your mam must have told you never to talk to-or go with- strangers who approach you on the streets of Kerry.!

I think Bertie denied knowledge of this guys misdemeanors. When you think of it: The sheer neck of this prick to embarrass The Taoiseach in this manner by inviting him to the site. Or maybe Bertie knew about the dumping carry on. Either way it says a lot about F.F. and their shady cosiness with shysters and crooks in the business community.

Bertie knew who this crook was. Moriarty used to have a company on the land where the financial centre in the docks is now. How could Bertie not know him when a deal was done to get him out of there as part of the FF redevelopment ?
There were very public announcements about Moriarty a few years ago, everybody in the country knew who he was. He was the first case of it's kind, prosecuted for his dumping and told to pay for a clean up (which was not done ). In this age of waste awareness if Bertie did not know he is stupid. Or more likely, he is a liar, breaking bread with the FF Kerry mafia.

Its called 'race against waste' its the FF version of -Reduce, Re-use, Re-cycle.

{except it is to do with wealth, crony protection and corruption.}

Close a glass-works in Ringsend (property values) spend millions shipping it
out of Ireland to 'Recycle' it and then make pretty TV ads about the 'Race against waste'

=low level corruption.

In FF high -level corruption is about money re-cycling and keeping your pals happy.
They are in power to long and the fiddle is an art form.

International re-cycling- CRH and that big fucking wall in Gaza.
CRH and the illegal dumps.
CRH and the money lobby.
*This is not a democracy and you are being screwed*

(oh -and you can build an incinerator in a low vote catchment area too, easy, just get the minister for
justice to Lobby on SIB, 'adapt' the courts and planning authorities to suit the lobby and legislate
for it). no-one really cares except the generation that is being brought up and have to deal with the shit we let them get away with.

We have constantly asked for independant archeologists to be allowed to inspect the 38 sites which are currantly being demolished by the NRA. Our requests have fallen on deaf ears.

Its not coincidental that all of the landowners who rushed to buy the land there in recent years, have strong alliences with FF.

Ireland on Sunday newspaper had a good piece on this yesterday. Seems the residents group in East Wall had taken on this guy Moriarty a few years back , and run him out of buisness . Who was in the middle of it all, only our friend Bertie, telling both sides he was helping them out. The paper has seen letters proving Bertie had written letters and signed them, to locals, the planning authorities , the epa and Moriarty himself. Will his lies catch him out or will he get away with this again. With the Minister Dick Roach saying how tough he is on illegal dumping will he issue a statement condemning Bertie ?

With an endemicly corrupt Garda force to protect him and his criminal friends he actually now believes he is now untouchable.Lets remove him from office and get him before the criminal courts.
This gang of criminals must be removed from office at the next election.

As a visitor to the lovely village of Sneem I have to say I found the Sneem Hotel a wonderful place to stay, staff very professional and friendly, food excellent, rooms very comforable and with wonderful views. We are not interested in the politics surrounding the owner or the hotel, just to say how impressed we were with the new hotel. As frequent visitors to Sneem we would say it is a badly needed amenity and long overdue.

Good luck to all concerned and we hope to stay in the hotel again and again.

By the way we were not impressed with the state of the village, all that building and rushing about, dust, lorries, smell. Unfortunately it is no longer a peaceful haven. Hopefully when all the madness is over the place will at least return to some normality. Please don't spoil lovely Sneem.

To the poor misguided tourist above who is not concerned about the politics surrounding the hotel or the owner, I hope you didn't go for a swim in the Sneem River flowing past the hotel. The Sneem Hotel opened early this year with NO sewage treatment (despite this being a condition of planning nothing has been done about it to date). There is a thick brown slick that extends well out into Kenmare Bay and is effectively killing the Sneem Estuary (an SAC). The hotel has connected illegally to Sneem's outdated sewage system (two small septic tanks built in the 50's and overloaded even without the extra load) and is pumping thousands of gallons of untreated sewage into the river daily. Fortunately enough, it is a reasonably large river and can successfully remove the problem from the hotel and village and no-one need worry about it - especially ignorant tourists only too delighted to stay in the remnants of a once beautiful and unspoilt part of our countryside.

I did a bit of research on this topic of who pays for the clean up and guess what... despite the popular belief that it is us poor taxpayers who cary the can... this was not the situation in this particular case. The people who did the deed, pleaded guilty, took the wrap, and did the cleanup, (all under the supervision of the Council, the EPA and the Courts). So I guess they did the decent thing. (Even though they did wrong they took the wrap, and paid the penalty). I think that's fair enough. They should not have done the dirty in the first place, but at least they had the decency to accepty responsibility and pay for the clean up.
Shame on you in the first place, but well done on doing the decent thing.
On top of this as far as I can find out they no longer run a waste business.
Now if everyone who did wrong took this approach we would have a wonderful country.

Mr. Clean up is right,

Mr. Moriarty did remove all the illegally dumped waste as directed by the Courts. Cost a bomb to remove, probably a multiple of the original cost if it was deposed of correctly. You are also correct in saying that he is no longer in the waste business.

I do think that a lot of people are contributing to various themes without much knowledge about this situation or others for that matter. Remember, loose talk is dangerous and harmful. Go to the trouble of making yourself aware of the facts first and then comment.

I visited the hotel lately and was very impressed with the entire operation. Judging by the pictures Mr. Moriarty has worked all his life to be able to fund such a hotel and what a brave move to invest all his money into a venture in the area where he immigrated from many years ago.

The state of the Sneem River is not all down to Moriarity, what about the other developers? The outdated sewerage system (1957 installed) should have been seen to long before any new construction was planned. In 1990 my 15yr old child was poisoned in the river by the Goosey Island campsite after a short swim, resulting in severe sickness. Surely the penpushers in the Council should have the foresight to see that the system needed replacing. The whole situation is a mess, that is true. Mr Moriarity has provided Sneem with a long overdue facility for visitors in providing an excellent Hotel which is accessible to everyone. We do not accept he is totally to blame for polluting the river. Blame the County Council and all those who should have foreseen the problems.
