Sex sells, says Lee Taylor, and that is something many brands, caught up in the joyless theatre of modern virtue-signalling, could well stand to relearn.

The Red Cross is paying for the families of hundreds of migrants granted asylum to relocate to Britain. Confronted about this by the Telegraph, Yvette Cooper blamed the Tories. Shock!

Directions for persons wishing to avail of the lift on the Poster Ban in Dublin

category dublin | rights, freedoms and repression | press release author Friday June 09, 2006 03:29author by Seán Ryan Report this post to the editors

Instructions on how to put up posters in Dublin.

John Kelly, the hardworking spokesman for CFSD (Campaign for Free Speech in Dublin) has asked that the following press release be published on Indy (first as usual):

BEGINS --------------------------------------------

At a meeting of Dublin City Council's environmental committee, on May 31, 2006 the Assistant City Manager informed Councillor Joan Collins that the issue of extra staff and new procedures to deal with the changed situation, in realtion to posters, was being looked into. While this is being attended to by the Council, citizens wishing to advertise for public meetings/events should write to Michael Philips, Director of Traffic for DCC.

They should refer him to DCC's meeting of May 22nd 2006, at which the poster ban was revoked by elected councillors, and state that they wish to display posters for their event, on public property. They should supply a contact number, and inform him that the posters will be removed within seven days of the event/meeting.

And "send it aloft on the breeze": James Connolly.

ENDS --------------------------------------------------

It might be time to start advertising Indy folks. That would benefit us all.
