The WHO Pandemic Treaty isn't just a tool of globalist overreach, says Dr David Bell: with its myopic focus on rare, low-mortality outbreaks, it's also really bad public health.

Constitutionalism for Kids

category international | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Thursday December 15, 2005 13:17author by iosaf Report this post to the editors

a few seperate developments have caught my eye in the global and local area of children and rights this morning.

& I hope the readership see how they come together.

Chavez, Uribe, UNICEF, birth certs and Barnardos.
The right and left wing faces of Bolivarian leadership where kids still sniff glue.
The right and left wing faces of Bolivarian leadership where kids still sniff glue.

in no particular order-
* Mr Chavez has won the UNICEF José Martí prize which will be conferred on him next January 28th in Havana for helping the children of his country.
http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/notas/320728.html

* He received the news as he joined with neighbouring president Uribe to commemorate the death of Bolivar and they made a joint statement which included their hopes for the kids of tomorrow.
http://www.europapress.es/europa2003/noticia.aspx?cod=20051214235040&tabID=1&ch=69
It has proved an opportunity for both men whose animosity has waned in the last year thanks to the good efforts (perhaps) of Spain and the shifting pole of South American politics especially in the "bolivarian states" of Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, we have ample info on these states "use the search engine".

* Barnardo's are calling for children's rights to be enshrined in the Irish constitution. As we know the rights of children born in the state to citizenship has seemed more important to the current minister for justice than the economic or social conditions guaranteed them.
Norah Gibbons their spokesperson has this morning said ""In some situations, there is a conflict between what parents want and what children may need, for example, if parents want to, for religious or other reasons, refuse medical attention to a child." "Because of our constitution, the courts are unable to secure that right in all instances for a child."
here's their site:-
http://www.barnardos.ie/

UNICEF has announced that at least 6 million children have been trafficked as slaves in 2005.

In addition they have issued today their annual report on the state of the worlds children and it makes horrible reading.
http://www.unicef.org/sowc06/intro.html

They are also hoping that richer nations and the politicians who would represent them, focus on the 50 million children who go "unregistered" in the world every year. "invisible" children receive no education, no vaccines, and don't get to sit exams.

The last UNICEF report is here so you can "compare and contrast" :-

Needless to say, you can buy christmas cards.
You can also think about voting next year for a party which cherishes the future of both Irish children and the poorest children on earth. There are thankfully a few options available to you.

In case you missed it, the Colombian states DNA tests on an urchin they've apparantly had under some name or other for a couple of years now were verified by labs in Galicia Spain. That kiddie is officially Emmanuel. Bit of kudos there to Uribe for being able to say it wasn't his lot who fucked up the xmas phase & really it was all about FARC trying to pretend they had hostages they didn't. But.., wasn't Uribe the one who said that FARC holding Emmanuel hostage from birth (his mammy being pregnant when she was sequestered) was tantamount to slavery? Yes, he was. & there was baby Emmanuel all this time (since the 16th of June 2005) in the care of the Colombian state complete with another name, mostly ignored, well fed till he got his CV, covering letter & bits & bobs & heavily armed guard just around New Year.

Follow my thread carefully please, from right up at the title & its date through all my obfuscation.

Now Hugo Chavez is only deloited, because yesterday Clara Rojas and Consuelo Gonzalez were picked up by his airforce's russian made helicopters wearing International Red Cross colours in a demilitarized zone in Colombia. Sure it came in late, but operation Emmanuel is delivering? isn't it? & just to think Oliver Stone went home after the first media circus gig having lost faith in Chavez' ability to pull a stunt..,

So we're not surprised that in his "state of the nation" address to Venezuela, Hugo has asked both the EU & USA to stop treating "Colombian rebels" as terrorists. Quid pro Quo you say. scratch my back & I'll squeeze your tit is more my level of things. I could now give you a link to the BBC http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7184485.stm I'm sure I gave you a link to the IRC, FARC, Colombia & Venezuela up the page & I might even ping the curious article "FARC want a process" http://www.indymedia.ie/article/76817 which of course was penned by Mr/s Fnord whomever they may be. Now I did mention somewhere else that I didn't have the Betancourt card back round the stage Sarkozy & Chavez had their summit (back before Carla Bruni it was too) & I'd like to let you know we've been working on sorting out that thorny issue. There are less than 1,200 people on this planet who aren't allowed into the US state of Nevada on account of either their mindboggling savant skills or other psi anamolies & resultant ability to work out the position of all the cards on the table. The baby & babees in the abscence of mammies & daddies, wards & guardians get social care - the sick people in the jungle got their medicine & let's be utterly honest & call a bluff here - some hostages are going to have about ten days walking before they get picked up.

You'll have your process.
something for everyone & no sticking cards up your sleeves.
That said - when you consider the types you get at these processes you'd be more worried about what's down the trouser legs.

those people I believe to deserve it and most definitely not my former husband

Interesting report on the Irish Times Today by Cathal Shannon and Mrs Justice Brennan about the vissitudes of the Clean Break Divorce.

What this in fact means is that I can get a divorce and have a division of the the assets, say 50 : 50, and that becase there is no clean break. I am linked in the peculiar way of estate monies, within my death.

As a personal with multiplce disabilities a husband who left me for a another woman, I would be most distressed,if he has to be notified by my propate team within a 6 months and that he then has claim.

This means the person who has cared for me......is out on the cold side or any other special charities I want to leave my money to as a disabiled person.

This matter needs to be included in your Agenda Mr. Shannon and Mrs. Justice McGuinness.

Vulnerable people from brain injury with family assets and no child are left open to an ex huspand who lacked a moral sense of decency and left me in a psychiatry hospital in Zimbabwe, 15 years ago, having falled from a horse jump with double fracture to the Skull.

What responsibility lies here in a marraige of 15 years. My illness are Bipolar, Traumatic Brain Injury complicated by Chronic Fatigue ie. ME. If I inherit money, please ensure it is not passed on to an ex-husband,

Please make family law fair and just. and with Prompt Effect

Farc admit 'hostage boy' not held : Farc rebels in Colombia have confirmed a boy living in foster care in Bogota is the same three-year-old who was due to be part of a hostage release deal. The rebels said Emmanual Rojas had been transferred there for his own safety. DNA tests had shown he was almost certainly the son of Clara Rojas, who is still being held by the rebels. A much-anticipated release, mediated by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, of mother, son and a third hostage planned for last weekend never took place. The BBC's Jeremy McDermott say the admission is a big blow to the credibility of the Farc rebel movement. Farc had said that the planned release had been called off because of Colombian army movements in the area where it was due to take place. Emmanuel, said to be around three years old, is believed to have been fathered by one of Ms Rojas' captors. The elderly mother of Clara Rojas is in Caracas awaiting news She was kidnapped in 2002 along with former presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt.

déjà vu. I recall being quite clear about not having the betancourt card . See through the crap & do yourselves a favour. Or worry about Hellen Mirren, up to you. Horsies for courses, no doubt. Wasn't Hugo's year... or was it?

FARC & Chavez blamed Colombian military activity for the failure for the International Red Cross operation using Venezuelan territories within the state of Colombia in a temporarily demilitarized zone generally designated as FARC territory to release 3 hostages.

Big disappointment.

Kirckner went back to Argentina muttering about the international delegates being prepared to return only if all the conditions of the operation are in place.

& then we hear about a baby in the care of the Colombian social services which has just been put to DNA tests by the Colombian state to ascertain whether or not it is in fact the baby the International Red Cross went to pick up..,

Big mystery.

Someone has been telling huge porkies.

In case you haven't noticed the International Red Cross are flying around the jungle mountains of Southern Colombia at the moment in Venezuelan air force helicopters.

This is called "operation emmanuel" & is the result of very extensive, mostly secret & undoubtedly really quite interesting negotations on almost all sides (as far I as can tell) to deal with a very thorny problem in South America.

Well thank God yer man Mickey mc Dowell isn't around anymore to eff it up.

This update goes here coz when the website of FARC appears on neutral international news organisations such as the BBC one must go all s-e-n-s-i-t-i-v-e.

We are all being sensitive. Up the page you see Uribe and Chavez together. The Venezuelan helicopters that began the mission have now augmented by two more of much more military & humanitarian capability. Quite something, them buzzing around trying to get the co-ordinates right to release those three hostages & I suppose for the good will in it & the season it be - drop off some much needed medicinos, anti-alien vaccines & mulled wine too..,

Mr Kirchner the former president of Argentina who was present for the beginning of what many people hope will not turn out to be a farcical media circus has this afternoon offered himself as afuture mediator with the Colombia state regime. His missus will support on him that. & of course only the International Red Cross knows the co-ordinates. Pity the poor types who have to watch their high resolution Google Earth & follow those helicopters all around the jungle on a wild goose chase this fifth day of christmas.

its a well known fact that all subversives attended dail na n'óg or its equivalent. If you don't end up getting a false passport, you'll probably end up in the builderbergers or trilateral comission.
Do your ma (&da) know you're a "political"?

I had the misfortune of attending Dàil nà nòg this year, if the irish government even come up with a constitution, its going to be a heap of crap. They threated us like we were toddlers at Dàil nà nòg even though most of the people attending were between 15 and 18 years of age, it wont suit childrens rights if it does come about because they dont understand Irish children anyway.
