German state media have systematically slandered Charlie Kirk in the wake of his assassination, says Eugyppius. They portray him as an unhinged and dangerous fascist, just stopping short of blaming him for his own death.

George Galloway saves Blair's bacon

category international | politics / elections | news report author Friday November 04, 2005 16:45author by Tony Sauvignon Report this post to the editors

Cowboy Politician at commercial event for crucial vote

Get me out of here (Westminister) I'm a celebrity.
Clive Conway Celebrity Productions were more important than standing up and being counted in the fight for civil liberties.

On perhaps Tony Blair's worst day as Prime Minister due to his loyal funtionary David Blunkett having to resign for the second time in eleven months but his day could have been made a whole lot worse. A crucial vote on the issue of glorifying terrorism was taking place. The government won the vote by a total of 300 to 299, a majority of one.
So you would think that the Unity Coalition's sole parliamentary representative would be in the chamber to make his presence felt for what is allegedly a keystone issue of RESPECT. Well you thought wrong because Mr. Galloway is here in Ireland too busy promoting his celebrity ego.
The only up side is that it must leave the uber controllers in RESPECT left tearing their hair out.

A warmonger like Tony Blair who's murdered thousands won't care about David Blunkett's insider trading.

Galloway is best avoided, he will discredit those who support him; a charlatan. Genuine anti-war activists should keep clear of his antics, the ego has certainly landed.

"Respect remains wholly opposed to the government’s legislation and while we regret missing the vote last week George Galloway will vote on subsequent important amendments to the bill and will oppose the bill on its final reading. He has cleared his diary commitments to ensure that he is available to vote against the bill at its final reading."

Isn't that lovely - he'll clear his diary of his commercial ego building commitments. Lovely, lovely.
