none of us can. I'll tell you a secret not that you'll believe me, I was one of the people in "psi-land", who was asked to predict the Gore/Bush Election. And I did. All of us (those I knew) said Gore. None of us were happy about it. The stealing of the election caused me to go to BCN and get off Airstrip 1. In that year hundreds of people left the USA and went to the EU mainland. They were "normal working class activists, pamphleteers and so on". Not a single one thought they would be able to survive blacklistling and removal of social security info in the USA.
That happened.
Moore survived, because he was rich, and now is the flagship, yet not one mention of the thousands of people who have lost their lives and numbers either in the USA or those who now live in blacklisted non-existence in Europe. Mostly in spain.

just getting on with life.

I'm very poor at the moment, the teaching season is over, and I have as usual overspent. This means I have to spend more than the usual lenghth of time pursueing "free resources", libraries, internet access, soup kitchens.
Thus for the last week, being the type I am, I have found refuge in the Masonic Reading Room of Barcelona, which is full of the .:.L.:.F.:.E stuff. It's a francomasonic lodge.
They love that sort of stuff, and anyway I now have a leather armchair to read the papers in.
The King of Spain is "Roman Catholic number 1". and presides that order to which Bertie has just been awarded membership.
during the Catalan tripartite first 100 days of office which saw the Republican meet ETA at the same time thousands of ravers were coming to what I thought of as my birthday party in the Pyrennes, I was living in C/Templers 14.
14 is the Masonic (scot and york) grade of the order of Templers.
It's all mumbo jumbo mostly except for those who understand how it works. Very few people understand how it works. Anyway.
