3) LEGAL UPDATE

The initial round in the Government's judicial review of Judge Mathews discovery order to supply information on U.S military flights through Shannon leading up to U.S. bombing campaign has been put back to May 6th.

Pit Stop Ploughshares have a remand hearing on Friday April 30th. (Gather at Spire in O'Connel St. 9 a.m. for peace walk to vigil at court).

At last court appearance the year long ban on the Pit Stop Ploughshares from County Clare was lifted and downsized to a 5 mile radius ban from Shannon Airport.
