But I do know that I was watching Euronews last night, and they have finally released the first (to my knowledge anyway) film about 9/11. Apperantly its a TV movie, made for Showtime (who?), and it focuses on Bush's 'heroic efforts' on the day and the eight days afterwards. But get this, it was directed by none other than
Bush appointee to the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities Lionel Chetwynd - who is also (funnyily enough) a self-described political conservative and a defender of the war on Iraq.
Good to see that good old manipulation of people's genuine fears and memories is still around two years after the event.
I'm sure it will be a fantastic film, and reap many awards (note sarcasm in the first half of previous sentence)
