Corruption in Ireland continues - Look at the Daniel Doherty case

category national | crime and justice | press release author Monday March 12, 2012 17:53author by Andy Logan - LSG Report this post to the editors

Daniel Doherty jailed again on the 24 Feb 2012 following his request for an Enquiry. Again there was no summons or court case involved. It has cost the State over €6000 to date to keep him in prison

Following his Requisition for a Sworn Publin Enquiry into Corruption in Ireland on the 28 Jan 2012 Daniel Doherty was jailed on the 24 Feb 2012, once again without any summons or court hearing. This has happened to him on at least 7 occasions and has been done to keep him quiet.
Minister Shatter you have a lot of work to do to clear up the corruption in the legal and justice system. It is simply not good enough.

On the 28 Jan Daniel Doherty sent a requisition for a Sworn Public Enquiry to the following:

REQUISITION FOR A SWORN PUBLIC ENQUIRY REQUESTED BY DANNY DOHERTY

Concerning Abuse of Constitutional and Human Rights including European Human Rights by Legal, Justice, Political and Financial Institutions of Ireland and Europe.

1) The misuse of my land deeds by Michael D White Solicitors of Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, that was covered up by the Law Society, Bar Council, Garda Personnel, Politicians and Public Accounts Committee.

2)The perversion of the course of justice by District and Circuit Courts in not notifying me of court cases, colluding with Gardai and fabricating documents by using the stamp of the Judges Name or printing his name to have me falsely imprisoned on seven occasions.

3)The Prison Service who knowingly accepted me on these documents colluded with the High Court and Supreme Court in denying my Habeas Corpus on four occasions. In most of my time in prison I talked to people who said they were told by Gardai not to pay small fines (less than €50) as the Gardai would get two days pay plus a taxi fare for their friend the taxi man. The taxi charges were enormous with costs of over €1000 instead of the State getting the small fines.

4)The perversion of the course of justice in my High Court Plenary Action concerning Offences Against the State (Case Ref. 2007/9400P) concerning High Court Judges Lavan, Quirke, McMenamin, Dunne, Hannah and McGovern, Central Office including Kevin O’Neill, Chief State Solicitor’s Office including David J O’Hagan and the Taxing Masters.

5)Chief Justice’s John L Murray and Susan Denham in conspiring with others to have me falsely imprisoned on the 8/02/11 and denying me my Habeas Corpus.

6)High Court Judge John Hedigan who was Ireland’s representative in the European Court of Human Rights said my case was dismissed on a given date by three named Judges. Following checks on this it was confirmed that no Judges had made any such orders on that date.

7)In January 2010 I contacted by Registered Post the International Criminal Court in the Hague enclosing a large amount of documented evidence which to this date has not been acknowledged. Two months after I did this I got a summons which was a normal reaction to my ongoing complaints over the years. I became aware that one of the Judges in the International Criminal Court has connections in my local area. Her name is Theresa Doherty.

8)This is a brief account of the corrupt activities of two Judges who I know personally and are from my home area, namely Judge Michael White (recently politically appointed a High Court Judge) and Judge Sean McBride of the District Court. Judge Sean McBride as a solicitor was involved in corrupt land deals, fraudulent insurance claims, profiting from the drug trade through the legal aid system, colluding with court staff and Judges to obtain a “lifetime” injunction against people who peacefully protested outside his office in an effort to expose his involvement in serious corruption and criminal activity. This was reported to the Gardai, Ministers for Justice and the Courts Service. Judge Michael White while practising as a solicitor was well known for misappropriation of land deeds, altering of wills including final wills, for corrupt financial gain, false insurance claims in collusion with District and Circuit Courts, local Gardai, Insurance Companies, Assessors, Garages and the Revenue. Michael White recently politically appointed a High Court Judge and who was very strangely a member of the Courts Service Board since 2009 is one of the men behind Builder Tom McFeely (Priory Hall Fame). A number of companies exist in this partnership including Coalport Ltd., Inis Developments and Carn Properties. It is common knowledge that lots of Building firms have dud C2 certs collecting their money at source enabling them to avoid vat and tax. When Judge White’s man got caught, Judge White was able to set up a midnight kangaroo court in Donegal with himself as Judge and Pat Russell (Foster and Allen Fame) Barrister and Legal Accountant and his brother Philip White acting as solicitor and Legal Aid acting as Defence for the State, funded by the tax payer. Months later in another court in Donegal a considerable number of people had millions in tax evasion scrubbed by this circle. It is no co-incidence that Tom McFeely did not have to go to prison or pay his million Euro fine after the political appointment of Michael White to the High Court. The Building Companies that High Court Judge Michael White is involved with have mysteriously avoided all levels of internal and external certification and defrauded the residents of Priory Hall. When Judge Dunne and Judge Nicholas Kearns have finished with the Priory Hall case it will only be the residents and the tax payer who will suffer. The Priory Hall situation is just one example on this side of the border. There are many examples of Judge Michael White’s involvement in corruption and criminality (see www.corruptioninireland.com).

9)The documented evidence of this corruption was sent to the Minister for Justice, Chief Justice Susan Denham, The Garda Commissioner and our newly elected President Michael D Higgins on the 22/12/11. To date only the Minister for Justice replied. The Chief Justice returned all of the evidence through the Courts Service Board saying that any further communication had to be through the Chief State Solicitor’s Office. To date the Garda Commissioner has not acknowledged the receipt of the evidence. The President has not acknowledged the evidence either but I see that he has elected seven additional members to the Council of State. Many of past and present members of the Council of State have covered up this corruption over many years. The conduct of these people and their appointment as Judges would be an embarrassment to a proper democratic justice system.

SUMMARY:

The common denominator in this perversion and deceit is Judge Michael White, recently politically appointed to the High Court, including his influence with Judge Theresa Doherty. It is not credible to hear our Taoiseach Enda Kenny state that he does not know the identity of the Bond Holders in reply to a question from Gerry Adams TD to name them. The Taoiseach knows quite well that the Tribunals starting with the Beef Tribunal was just a gravy train for the legal and justice system which in turn fostered the Celtic Tiger.

Signed: Daniel J Doherty

Date: 28/01/12

It is interesting to note that only 4 out of a Dail consisting of 160 TD's and 60 Senators replied to Daniel Doherty. Despite these 4 acknowledging replies no action was taken except his wrongful and unlawful imprisonment. This explains the scale of corruption in Ireland which extends to Dail Eireann. The least that is required of his complaint is an investigation. Instead he continues to be abused and ignored.

Danny I met you a few times, I know you are a decent man who has suffered much and with little publicity, at the hands of corrupt officials.

I would advise you to send your letter and evidence via Registered Post, to Enda Kenny, Alan Shatter, Gilmore, Adams and Martin. I know Gilmore is a buddy of White, but get it all on the record and recorded that they received your letter and documents.

Keep it tight and don't wander all over the place about other issues.

Best wishes and solidarity,

John

"Once our grossly corrupt legal profession decides to deliberately ensure that the targets of government crime cannot get any legal representation of the kind which would stop the government crime they are being subjected to, then the targets of such crime are totally on their own, and their situation is completely hopeless at the present time: as far as 1) stopping the Government crime is concerned, and 2) also as far as receiving justice and reparations in connection with the government crime in question."

The above excerpt is from an e-mail sent yesterday to (among others) an international selection of senior lawyers and politicians which included Republic of Ireland Chief Justice Susan Denham, and Republic of Ireland Prime Minister Enda Kenny TD.

"Some very brief 'Article 6.1 discussions' I have had fairly recently with a few people who, for very understandable reasons, obviously had SERIOUS problems with the word 'God', suggest that such people might find it useful to think of the word 'God' in Article 6.1 as representing the invisible driving force behind the natural and deeply embedded "Sense of Justice" which Nature genetically programs into us while still in the womb; and, which the 'tin gods' of our criminal governments -- visible and invisible, and especially all of the participating legal-profession and 'bangster' criminals involved -- arrogantly and unrelentingly try to usurp and override for their own 'world government of the tin-gods, by the tin-gods, for the tin-gods' purposes, right from the moment we are born until the moment we die: through the use of their control-freak and greed-ridden 'tin-god unconstitutional (and consequently unlawful) 'laws', and their unconstitutional activities, which they and their criminal accomplices in the main-stream-media fool the people into accepting as valid law (and valid social strategies)."

"How, for example, could the billions of Euros so far paid out by our corruption-ridden and criminal-ridden Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) possibly comply with Article 6.1 Bunreacht na hEireann (the Supreme Law of the Republic of Ireland) requirements, when the people of the Republic of Ireland have NEVER even been consulted, through the use of a constitutional referendum, on the matter of the "bankers bailouts": relating to the hundreds, and possibly thousands, of trillions of Euros derivatives-gambling-debts which the bankers have thus far self-indulgently (and fraudulently) created for themselves (out of thin-air, from nowhere, out of nothing)?"

"Another emerging oligarchy (arrogant, ignorant, and deceitful ruling-elite tin-gods as some see them) is the domination of the United States political leadership by people associated with Harvard and Yale. All nine members of the current Supreme Court attended Harvard or Yale law schools. The last member appointed to the court who was not a former student at one of those two institutions was Sandra Day O'Connor, appointed by the newly elected President Ronald Reagan in 1981. Reagan was also the last United States President who did not attend either Harvard or Yale." (From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oligarchy )

It's not God that's at the root of most of the world's problems, it's the tin-gods trying to "play God"?

Danny Doherty was released from prison yesterday after approximately one month and a cost of approximately €12,000 to the State for an alleged tax liability of €2,500. This further jailing of him occurrred without a summons served on him or a court case. He is adamant that a full sworn public enquiry be commenced regarding corruption in Irish life. You will note that he is not afraid to divulge the names of those involved in corruption in ireland, particularly Judge Michael White. No one has challenged him because it is true - the only thing they do is lock him up and shut him up.

With the Mahon Tribunal Report release of yesterday every person interviewed in public life is now looking to have corruption cleaned up. We will wait and see. We want all the wrongdoers brought to account and every politician I have heard on the wireless over the last day has said that wrongdoers have to brought to account.

Andy Logan in his story on the repeated incarceraton of Daniel Doherty above refers to www.corruptioninireland.com. I am very familiar with the Treacy story of corruption and abuse and can verify that the contents on this website regarding Kevin Treacy are entirely true and accurate. It is disgusting. It sickens me that any ordinary innocent man could be treated in this way by anyone whether or not they are in a position of authority and trust. I demand action by the State in this case and to instigate a full sworn public inquiry immediately. I will be protesting for action on this case in the coming months.
