REQUISITION FOR A SWORN PUBLIC ENQUIRY REQUESTED BY DANNY DOHERTY
Concerning Abuse of Constitutional and Human Rights including European Human Rights by Legal, Justice, Political and Financial Institutions of Ireland and Europe.
1) The misuse of my land deeds by Michael D White Solicitors of Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, that was covered up by the Law Society, Bar Council, Garda Personnel, Politicians and Public Accounts Committee.
2)The perversion of the course of justice by District and Circuit Courts in not notifying me of court cases, colluding with Gardai and fabricating documents by using the stamp of the Judges Name or printing his name to have me falsely imprisoned on seven occasions.
3)The Prison Service who knowingly accepted me on these documents colluded with the High Court and Supreme Court in denying my Habeas Corpus on four occasions. In most of my time in prison I talked to people who said they were told by Gardai not to pay small fines (less than €50) as the Gardai would get two days pay plus a taxi fare for their friend the taxi man. The taxi charges were enormous with costs of over €1000 instead of the State getting the small fines.
4)The perversion of the course of justice in my High Court Plenary Action concerning Offences Against the State (Case Ref. 2007/9400P) concerning High Court Judges Lavan, Quirke, McMenamin, Dunne, Hannah and McGovern, Central Office including Kevin O’Neill, Chief State Solicitor’s Office including David J O’Hagan and the Taxing Masters.
5)Chief Justice’s John L Murray and Susan Denham in conspiring with others to have me falsely imprisoned on the 8/02/11 and denying me my Habeas Corpus.
6)High Court Judge John Hedigan who was Ireland’s representative in the European Court of Human Rights said my case was dismissed on a given date by three named Judges. Following checks on this it was confirmed that no Judges had made any such orders on that date.
7)In January 2010 I contacted by Registered Post the International Criminal Court in the Hague enclosing a large amount of documented evidence which to this date has not been acknowledged. Two months after I did this I got a summons which was a normal reaction to my ongoing complaints over the years. I became aware that one of the Judges in the International Criminal Court has connections in my local area. Her name is Theresa Doherty.
8)This is a brief account of the corrupt activities of two Judges who I know personally and are from my home area, namely Judge Michael White (recently politically appointed a High Court Judge) and Judge Sean McBride of the District Court. Judge Sean McBride as a solicitor was involved in corrupt land deals, fraudulent insurance claims, profiting from the drug trade through the legal aid system, colluding with court staff and Judges to obtain a “lifetime” injunction against people who peacefully protested outside his office in an effort to expose his involvement in serious corruption and criminal activity. This was reported to the Gardai, Ministers for Justice and the Courts Service. Judge Michael White while practising as a solicitor was well known for misappropriation of land deeds, altering of wills including final wills, for corrupt financial gain, false insurance claims in collusion with District and Circuit Courts, local Gardai, Insurance Companies, Assessors, Garages and the Revenue. Michael White recently politically appointed a High Court Judge and who was very strangely a member of the Courts Service Board since 2009 is one of the men behind Builder Tom McFeely (Priory Hall Fame). A number of companies exist in this partnership including Coalport Ltd., Inis Developments and Carn Properties. It is common knowledge that lots of Building firms have dud C2 certs collecting their money at source enabling them to avoid vat and tax. When Judge White’s man got caught, Judge White was able to set up a midnight kangaroo court in Donegal with himself as Judge and Pat Russell (Foster and Allen Fame) Barrister and Legal Accountant and his brother Philip White acting as solicitor and Legal Aid acting as Defence for the State, funded by the tax payer. Months later in another court in Donegal a considerable number of people had millions in tax evasion scrubbed by this circle. It is no co-incidence that Tom McFeely did not have to go to prison or pay his million Euro fine after the political appointment of Michael White to the High Court. The Building Companies that High Court Judge Michael White is involved with have mysteriously avoided all levels of internal and external certification and defrauded the residents of Priory Hall. When Judge Dunne and Judge Nicholas Kearns have finished with the Priory Hall case it will only be the residents and the tax payer who will suffer. The Priory Hall situation is just one example on this side of the border. There are many examples of Judge Michael White’s involvement in corruption and criminality (see www.corruptioninireland.com).
9)The documented evidence of this corruption was sent to the Minister for Justice, Chief Justice Susan Denham, The Garda Commissioner and our newly elected President Michael D Higgins on the 22/12/11. To date only the Minister for Justice replied. The Chief Justice returned all of the evidence through the Courts Service Board saying that any further communication had to be through the Chief State Solicitor’s Office. To date the Garda Commissioner has not acknowledged the receipt of the evidence. The President has not acknowledged the evidence either but I see that he has elected seven additional members to the Council of State. Many of past and present members of the Council of State have covered up this corruption over many years. The conduct of these people and their appointment as Judges would be an embarrassment to a proper democratic justice system.
SUMMARY:
The common denominator in this perversion and deceit is Judge Michael White, recently politically appointed to the High Court, including his influence with Judge Theresa Doherty. It is not credible to hear our Taoiseach Enda Kenny state that he does not know the identity of the Bond Holders in reply to a question from Gerry Adams TD to name them. The Taoiseach knows quite well that the Tribunals starting with the Beef Tribunal was just a gravy train for the legal and justice system which in turn fostered the Celtic Tiger.
Signed: Daniel J Doherty
Date: 28/01/12
It is interesting to note that only 4 out of a Dail consisting of 160 TD's and 60 Senators replied to Daniel Doherty. Despite these 4 acknowledging replies no action was taken except his wrongful and unlawful imprisonment. This explains the scale of corruption in Ireland which extends to Dail Eireann. The least that is required of his complaint is an investigation. Instead he continues to be abused and ignored.
