Well over 10,000 people have attend a rally in Trafalgar Square, London around midday today (Sat 29th Aug) to ‘Unite for Freedom’ and ‘Take off the mask!’ and to demand a ‘back to normal now’ As of 9pm the BBC still had not reported on it. The march began in Trafalgar Square and marched to the Houses of Parliament to show opposition to the ongoing shutdowns and unnecessary restrictions There were also large protests going on at the same time in Berlin where over 18,000 attended but it is very difficult to find anything other than derisory coverage from the mainstream media. read full story / add a comment

It seems these days that only a few sites are reporting real news. The mainstream and state media are simply parroting propaganda, spreading fear, telling lies and manipulating facts. Breaking News. Not reported by mainstream media or RTE. The Berlin rally against Covid-19 restrictions on Aug 1st had 1.3 million people turn up !!!! -How come we never heard about this? At the rally for 29th Aug, there are 2 million expected
This is a report back from Health Freedom Ireland (HFI) on the protest organised by HFI in conjunction with the Yellow Vests at the Customs House Dublin on Aug 22nd. Given Covid is about the only thing in the news these days and happens to be the single most important issue of our time because of the way civil liberties have been taken away from the bulk of humanity, it is therefore prudent we give it the proper coverage and not the biased negative spin from the mainstream media. Large numbers (estimated at around 6k) turned up for the peaceful protest against oppressive government restrictions and mandates over COVID-19 on Saturday, August 22nd at Customs House, Dublin. The non-political event was organised by Health Freedom Ireland and Yellow Vest Ireland to voice concerns regarding government mandates, demanding transparency, proportionality of decisions and accountability by government officials and advisors. read full story / add a comment

This is not a sign of compliance or acceptance of the current state of affairs, this is to get my band up and running and out of the doldrums. This is also not the answer going forward. At the start of this Covid crisis, many thought it was just a virus and if they followed government we would soon get back to normal life. Clearly that is not the case. Instead the "experts" tell us this will continue indefinitely into the future, we have surrendered our rights to experts, bureaucrats and polticans and the global economy is being destroyed. Not only that all forms of social interaction -the very essence of being human - have been severely and continue to be curtailed and now we are told we will have to be tracked, monitored, forcefully tested, DNA sampled and vaccinated. The penny is beginning to drop that the powers that be don't plan on allowing society to go back to the old ways. They took about the new normal and frankly it looks pretty ugly. So Tracey O'Mahony is someone who is finally taking a stand and doing something about it. She has started a GoFund-Me page to finance the campaign. Already the woke crowd have attacked her in an effort to discredit her. But there has been no criticism of any sort from these types and they act like pure sheep which is a very dangerous thing to happen because powerful people always take advantage of sheep and often slaughter when they are finished with them. read full story / add a comment

A protest will be held by Health Freedom Ireland (HFI) and Yellow Vest Ireland protesting against government mandates, demanding transparency, proportionality of decisions and accountability by government officials and advisors on August 22nd 2020 at 2pm in front of the Custom House, Dublin 1.

After starving out who knows how many people with lockdowns India was forced to scrap them and the outcome was…anything but Judgement Day. Having proven that lockdowns were unsustainable India then went on to prove that they were put up in response to what amounts to less than a flu. With 2.7 million detected infections and just 53,000 deaths that makes for a lowly, flu-like CFR (case fatality rate) of 0.2%. But of course, the true number of infections is at least several times higher and the infection correspondingly less lethal. In a young population, this is a pathogen less deadly than the flu by almost an order of magnitude. read full story / add a comment

Dov Fox, a Soros fellow who currently works as director of the Center for Health Law Policy and Bioethics at the SanDiego.edu, has come out to claim that people who refuse vaccination for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) could lose their jobs or even be sent to jail. There are reports that a huge blast rocked Beirut today (Tues) with videos online showing a massive blast. It is reported that over 70 people have been killed with hundreds injured. Streets in surrounding areas have been destroyed and the blast was so powerful cars quite far back from the blast were flipped over. The initial reports are suggesting the explosion occurred at a warehouse where dangerous chemicals and fireworks were stored but this could easily be a strategy to set the narrative. Given the scale of the blast one would have to wonder are fireworks really that popular and besides the main explosion indicates something far more massive. In the last year Lebanon has undergone a huge financial crisis and the country has been plunged into poverty and the value of the currency has plumented with the result of a huge surge in unemployment and poverty. The country is completely broke. Thus the recent political development have to be therefore linked to today's explosion in some way. read full story / add a comment

And how does it affect us in the 21st century? The fact is that we are so immersed in Romanticism now that we cannot see the proverbial wood for the haunted-looking trees. Romanticism has so saturated our culture that we need to stand back and remind ourselves what it is, and examine how it has seeped into our thinking processes to the extent that we are not even aware of its presence anymore. Or why this is a problem. The Romanticist influence of intense emotion makes up a large part of modern culture, for example, in much pop music, cinema, TV and literature, e.g. genres such as Superheroes, Fantasy, Horror, Magical realism, Saga, Westerns. I will look at the origins of Romanticism, and its negative influence on culture and politics.
