The second outing of the literary festival, 'The Forge At Gort,' will take place in Gort, Co. Galway, on March 27th and 28th, 2009, organised by The Western Writers' Centre, Ionad Scribhneoiri Chaitlin Maud, Galway. Last year saw the inauguration of the festival, which is based in the concept of the W.B.Yeats' poem which mentions the still extant forge in Gort's main street.
