Dublin City Council passed a motion on Monday night (9th May 2011) and Monaghan Town council also supported the move in their April meeting.
However, up in Dublin castle things are moving ahead in St. Patricks Hall, preparing the place for visitors while outside on one of the entrances 'lady justice' has her back turned to the people of Dublin, not even blindfolded!
