Despite the range of attacks on working people and the unemployed this is a fundamentally weak government some of whose TDs in Wicklow, Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal have given in to local people power pressure on issues such as hospital closures and medical cards for the elderly. Every FF and Green TD should begin to feel the heat in the run up to the budget. Come to the picket and bring your placards! There is a meeting the previous Thursday 3rd December at 8pm in the Abberley Court Hotel to discuss the real alternative to the cuts with Orla O'Connor from the National Women's Council and Mick Murphy Socialist Party Rep for Dublin South West
