In the latest bizarre twist , MTL are attempting to ban the use of the word scab .
Another trip to the high court tomorrow (Thursday 3rd) as company tries to extend injunction preventing trade unions and workers describing the MTL scabs as scabs.

We are calling on people to assemble outside between 10.30 and 11 am .
