![]() You Can't Licence Animal Abuse Animal Rights Action Network staged a highly visual and lively demonstration outside the offices of Department of Environment in Dublin to call on Green Party minister, John Gormley not to renew hare coursing license for the upcoming season and to ban the bloodsport outright.
The protest was also joined and supported by Irish Council Against Blood Sports (ICABS), Independent TD Maureen O Sullivan and the brother of the late independent TD Tony Gregory who was a fierce bloodsport opponent. IFAW Hare Coursing Video - Something Coursers Don't Want You To See! |

Jump To Comment: 1Not even a 'clean' kill.... far from it in fact. The poor dog looks as bewildered as the hare. What a sick and twisted business..... Yeah, muzzle the dogs, like that will allieviate ANY suffering!
Hares still ripped from the wild and ravaged by disease and stress..... dogs bred and dumped as they become less profitable.....
If the industry disagrees with these claims then let them prove it. Invite us into their kennels/breeding farms. If they have nothing to hide why not???? I'll open my house to anyone genuinely worrying about my animals. I have a load of rescues and they are all happy.
