British doctors working in Gaza have described the territory as a ?slaughterhouse,? where the patients they are treating are severely malnourished.

They've even stopped at the border with Gaza a group of Irish cyclists going there on relief work. Slowly but surely Israel has lost the support of the US administration, who must begin to see this whimpering at criticism as a low-level bullying tactic.
