Climate Camp National Meeting

Venue University of Limerick Students Union

A meeting is called for next Saturday the 31st of January to discuss the possibility of holding a climate this summer in Ireland. Following on from previous meetings in Cork and Dublin those interested will meet to discuss possibility's. Below is the proposed agenda. There is a substantial social and fun element to the day.

9:45 ARRIVE ON TIME TO UL STUDENTS UNION

10:00 START - FUN GAME/WARM UP OF SORTS, intro to consensus decision making + handsignals.

10:15 INTRODUCTION ROUND

10:20 FINALISE AGENDA

10:25 1ST SESSION – Discussion (camp purpose, possible locations, list of targets

11:25 LESSONS FROM SOME VETERANS ON IRISH CAMPS + ACTIONS

12:25 RIVER WALK BY THE SHANNON

13:00-14:00 LUNCH

14:00 2ND SESSION:

Discussion – camp name, aims, (Dublin group's name proposal, Jerrieann's aims&principles proposal) Alistair

15:30 - 16:00 Tea break

16:00 - 3rd SESSION: (parallel sessions? for groups that form?- Nancy's suggestion)

Working group structure for organising camp

17:30 - PLENARY - REPORT BACK FROM PARALLEL SESSIONS

18:30 END, go to someone's house for dinner!

20:00 DIE HARD SESSION for those who's brains still work and realy really wanna still keep meeting and talking!aaaagh

21:00 PUB + DISCO OR WHATEVA!

SUNDAY - SET DANCING IN ENNISTYMON!
