The sugar tax sums up Britain's descent into a technocratic dystopia, says Dr David McGrogan. While our Government does almost nothing well, it remains a world-leader in passive-aggressive, surreptitious nudging.

solicitor corruption

land fraud

larry sweeneys land has been illegally embargoed for 6 yrs because of ill founded proceedings in cavan circuit court.

on 4 march 2008 at cavan circuit court the case prosecuted agains larry sweeney was changed from specific performance to an alleged claim for the return of monies allegedly paid to larry sweeney or indeed mis appropiated by mr sweeney .the court refused to return mr sweeneys land lift the illegal caution and lis pendens and instread allowed a different case from what was pleaded to proceed.the court heard evidence form the wife of the plaintiff under oath describing how she withdrew money from an account which was not in her name and to which she clearly was not a signatory to.the proceedings at this stage are irrelevant to the victim larry sweeney.his legal bills as a result of so so many appearances and ajournments have consumed approx 100k meaning that the land is now simply the means to discharge his own legal costs, the court finally had an opportunity to uphold the constitutional rights of larry sweeney but instead chose to hear a case which had not been pleaded.larry sweeney asks everybody in ireland who has had enough of solicitor corruption to attend court on 21 april to support him in his fight to ensure that the public interest is served.larry sweeney furthe states publically to the circuit court that because of the refusal of the court to lift the illegal embargo that i am attending court solely to ensure that the public interest is served and to expose corruption .i seek nothing else i seek no monetary gain and will fight tooth and nail to prevent cavan court or the local corrupt solicitor from attempting to cast any doubt on my character or good name and indeeed any attempt to suggest or hint at wrong doing by myself will be refuted .i intend to ensure that the public interest is served and i will not entertain any attempt to criminalise me by rerunning a sham abandoned criminal prosecution.my attendance at this court will be my last and i am simply going to ensure that the court deals once and for all with the corruption fraud and perjury of the local solicitor.my only interest is the public interest which i have time and again stated to the cavan state solicitor and indeed to mr justice o hagan in cavan in 2005 and again in monaghan court some weeks ago when i travelled specially to ireland to alert him to the actions of a local corrupt solicitor.
