Fair play to all concerned. Campaign against Shell seems to be gathering strength. Roll on November the 9th.

Don't forget, this year at Bellanaboy we are remembering not only the first anniversary of the baton charge of peaceful protestors, but more importantly marking the 12th anniversary of the execution (for Shell) of the Ogoni Nine, including writer Ken Saro-Wiwa.

The horror show that is the Corrib gas project and the traitorous giveaway of Irish natural resources must be put to an end, and days like this give people a chance to show how wrong the government has been on these issues.

Bring some raingear, a drink and a snack, but in respect for those who gave everything for a similar cause, bring a cool head above all else.

See you on the 9th...

Life is just unfair and that's it.
