We shouldn?t be too quick to dismiss Chris Packham's rechristening of the Daily Sceptic as the Daily Septic, says politics professor Dr James Alexander. After all, we deal with ideological sewage every day.

category international | crime and justice | press release author Wednesday September 26, 2007 19:24author by Friend Report this post to the editors

Update link.

On the Thirty First of July Florian L, Axel H and Oliver R were arrested and detained for the
alleged attemmp to set fire to police vehicles in Brandenburg,They have been detained since that
date. On the same night a lecturer in sociology named Dr Andrej Holm was removed from his
apartment and taken to solitary confinement. his crime was guilt by association- three
academics were also arrested- the accusation against all seven is:-
Membership of a Terrorist Organisation -(129of the German Criminal Code)

The story has been making the rounds for some time and has popped up on indymedia
UK and here on this newswire in the comments section:-

Andrew was released:-

http://einstellung.so36.net

This is is letter to thank supporters, he does not really dwell on the personal suffering
caused to his wife and young kids, nor the fact that she is too a writer and activist who
has lost her whole data bank and had her computer seized.

The backround on the usage of terror laws against the left is on:- http://einstellung.so36.net/en

The protest by the American political Science Association is on:-

http://einstellung.so36.net/en/soli/305

If anyone wants to help one of the contacts who is disseminating information has contacted
a EU feminist site and asked for translators in Spanish/Castellano/French and Polish.

They ask that people with translation ability go to the einstellung pages and pick up the
information and help with translation services- send to einstellung.net

a C+P from Andrej's Letter;-

'"Every sign from outside, every small mention in the papers about a solidarity action,
every new signature to the uncountable protest declarations, and every letter that
reached me in my cell showed me that I am not alone in y powerlessness against
the investigative authorities"

Andrej is on temporary release and must still fight the charges.
He has a young family and needs translation support and solidarity messages.
Please Help!

There is a crucial need for activists with translation experiences to aid the information dissemination
on this case. Ordinary families have been targetted under terrorisme laws;-

There is to be a protest on the Volksbuhne am Rosa- Luxemburg-Platz on 30th September.
Speakers include:-

Christina Clemm,
Dr Ralph Gossner.
Prof Dr Roland Ruth
Dr Britta Grell

The four academics are facing custodial sentences for intellectual terrorism under post 9/11
laws. There is a link in German and graphic of the poster advertising Saturday's Protest.

The English language links are in the article, there is a contact address for solidarity messages
and a request for language volunteers to translate and spread the issue of 129 across the

or does one have to be an initiate or something to know where one would send the translation & dare we get specific what exactly is the text to be rendered in divers tongues?

I reckon you've to be iniated. That's how my paranoid mind works. Clutching the Apron, circumambulation till you're dizzy, white kid gloves (not many know the origin of the phrase to handle someone with kid gloves comes from the british masonic tradition of presenting an apprentice with two pairs of such gloves one for him & one for his missus back in the days of lore when every brudder had a missus & only people who could afford kid leather got to learn the handshake). Thankfully the continentals got rid of all that bullshit & decided a decent encylcopedia, good dictionary, dose of anarchy & french revolution would bring enlightenment to the masses quicker than you could give the reason for a lodge's existence.

Anyway let them be still & behold the hoary sky for it is done that which they thought they sought

spanish report from Chiapas (((i))) will be picked up on quicker than you find the Joycean references to Masonry which were on your ten quid punt note. oooooooooooo.

Its DIY iosaf.

go into http://einstellung.so36.net.
Get the info:- put it on the sites where you contribute.
it does not matter if you do it in Esperanto/Catalan or Gaeilge.

The thing is to translate the info and spread it around.
If you want to volunteer, same applies go into :- http://einstellung.so36.net. translate what
you feel and think is relevant in the language that you are adept at and re-submit it to the list
where they will add it onto the sites that are working with them.

The reason why its 'DIY' is that the people who are seeking the help have young families
and have masses of work and the added difficulty of losing their computers which are
still impounded/taken/being investigated and they expect that any expertise and help of any
kind will be enough to reduce the workload.

The list that the info comes from is an affinity group in process ,and an internal discussion
group so thats something I won't be publishing. There is also a list of radio stream interviews in
German that could be added in here, if you require them. (?)
