Rath Lugh is one of the outposts of Tara. It was planted by Coillte with a forest that hides its significance. Then it was CPO'd. These photos appear to show that the monument itself, not just the land below, is under attack. Was this part of the EIS?
Did Coillte object to the destruction of a monument on their property? Did they take part in the Oral Hearing?
