That said we have tracked down where the above text message was coming from and it is coming from a reputable person.

Yes this is reliable, however we cannot ask people to treat any text message they receive or posting to indymedia.ie as such, hence it is important to give the information to the camp or Shell to Sea first. Otherwise we would be leaving ourselves wide open to mis-information (which the above message isn't). But thanks for spreading the word!
