South Korean Union oppression

The south Korean government are in the process of a butal crack down on the Korean Government Employee's Union. KGEU

Hundreds of local Union offices have been broken into by riot police and hired thugs. Union members and officials arrested. This is open warfare between a democratic and independant trade union and an authoritarian government.

Do all you can to voice your opposition to the South Korean government. Websites and addresses are on the Labourstart document. Contact your MP, TD, MEP, MLA etc

Please take some time to check out the situation faced by this union, and other trade union related subjects, at LabourStart.org. This excellent site will be of interest to those who believe in the idea of campaigning trade unionism

Labourstart is a great way of keeping in touch with world events. Solidarity is key, we have to show big business and governments the working classes won't put up with the crap they try to dish out to us. Workers Unite-Solidarity works!!!
