Cold Facts, the truth begins to leak out at Shannon

In spite of efforts by Euro MEP Sean O'Neachtain and others to discredit the facts that the CIA has been using Shannon airport for its torture rendition programme, the truth is gradually leaking out. It may take several years for so-called "concrete evidence" such as lists of tortured prisoners who were "rendered" through Shannon, and details of Irish government ministers knowledge and approval of these crimes, to become public, but this will come too.

The TDIP EU Parliament enquiry into rendition for torture has got access to Eurocontrol air traffic control records as part of its investigation.
I have received some extracts from this information and I include these below with extracts from some of the flight logs presented by Edward Horgan to the TDIP committee on 20 April 2006.

Extract from Eurocontrol report to EU Parliament (note that the Eurocontrol report to the EU Parl was in English, but was then translated into French and the interim report was also published in French on Thursday and will not be available in English for a further week. This is EU logic?)

D'après les informations que la commission temporaire a reçues de la propre victime et d'autres sources, le citoyen allemand Khaled El-Masri aurait été transporté de Skopje à Bagdad les premières heures du 24 janvier 2004.

Les documents d'Eurocontrol prouvent que le Boeing 737 avec le numéro d'enregistrement (Registration Identifier) N313P:
o a volé d'Alger à Palma de Mallorca le 22 janvier 2004 (départ: 21h36, arrivée: 22h08);
o a volé de Palma de Mallorca à Skopje le 23 janvier 2004 (départ: 17h40, arrivée: 19h56);
o a volé de Skopje à Bagdad le 24 janvier 2004 (départ: 01h30, arrivée: 5h53);
o a volé de Bagdad à Kabul le 24 janvier 2004 (départ: 7h15, arrivée: 11h14).

Le "User's Name in CE" est: STEVENS EXPRESS

o a volé de Cairo à Stockholm Bromma le 18 décembre 2001 (départ: 14h43, arrivée: 19h43);
o a volé de Stockholm Broma à Cairo le 18 décembre 2001 (départ: 20h48, arrivée: 19 octobre à 01h30);
o a volé de Cairo à Prestwick le 20 décembre 2001 (départ: 06h56, arrivée: 12h03);
o a volé de Prestwick à Washington le 20 décembre 2001 (départ: 13h07, arrivée 19h18).

Il n'y a pas de "User's Name in CE" pour ces vols.
