British doctors working in Gaza have described the territory as a ?slaughterhouse,? where the patients they are treating are severely malnourished.
Plastic surgeons and orthopedic specialists from the UK are based at the Amal and Nasser hospitals in Khan Younis in the south of the territory.

Jump To Comment: 1A National Wear Your Union Badge Day throughout Dunnes Stores outlets is an excellent idea. Would be good to see this extend to all unions in Ireland, for everyone to wear their Union badge on a particular day. Maybe to conicide with Mayday, although a seperate day would be good too.
So long as the pressure is continually applied, the Dunnes management will have to back down at some stage. This is crazy adverse publicity for them at a time when they have lost, and are losing ground to Tecso on a steady basis.
In the traditional Irish way "put 'em under pressure". Keep it up!!!!
