The Church of England has shown that it doesn't care about evidence or ethics, says Prof Nigel Biggar. Why else, when presented with proof its ?100 million reparations giveaway is groundless, would it press on regardless?

New data shows the Met Office's 'record' heat spikes are junk, weaponised by Net Zero activists to scare the public witless and push the no-hydrocarbons fantasy, says the Daily Sceptic's Environment Editor.

Sounds like someone had a good dose of the mainstream media reporting!
'q ball' you nonce, the crowd at Navan Rd weren't a real threat at all, the police advanced in on the retreating crowd to make themselves look good..perhaps u didn't see when they were threatening local residents, lynching reporters and peaceful protestors? Hmm cos maybe you weren't there like some of us, seeing (and recording) the true events as they unfold.
And besides, this Reclaim the Streets party isn't a fight... just something to do on a lazy afternoon

I've just heard that the WATER CANNON will be back - at the Ambassador today - so watch out folks. I'd doubt it they will be used, though, just a show of strength to put us off.

Ok so q man may not have been in there but I was. And at a supposedly peaceful protest how come gardai were injured? 'Friendly fire' just don't happen here. They did a great job which was the only reason things didn't get worse.

Well a big thank you to everybody...

the Government
the bloc
the Garda
the EU
the Irish media
DNG
SWP
SF
SP
Bertie
Supt. Farrelly and Pat Kenny
the PSNI (for the loan of the water cannons)
Oglaigh na hEireann
....
and all the rest...together you persuaded us to stay at home.

Collectively you silenced this household's objection to the kind of EU we're having foisted upon us by corporate interests and self-interested politicians and bureaucrats.

None of you unequivocally protected our right to partake in peaceful protest and none of the protestors I have heard on air have had the balls to condemn the idiocy at the Ashtown Gate.

And as for the protest 'movement', just listen to yourselves - get it right for the Bush visit, or blow the protest. Or just maybe you should consider staying at home yourselves.

Exactly "Q Man".. were you there? No. So keep your mouth shut, and have a bit of respect for the people at Clover Hill, most of whom were dragged in for no good reason. What were you reading, The Star? None of the aggressive protesters were actually arrested becasue the Gardaí didn't go to the trouble of doing their jobs properly (yet again).
