US security experts 'butchered like sheep'

Four civilians who were set on fire and dragged through the streets of Falluja on Wednesday worked for a North Carolina private contractor that is providing security in Iraq

Blackwater Security Consulting, based in North Carolina provides security training and guard services to customers around the world. Blackwater provides firearms and small-groups training for Navy SEALs, police department SWAT teams and former special operations personnel.

Blackwaters president and several company leaders are former navy SEAL commandos and as assistant training director Chris Epperson said during a visit to Iraq last month, "We're very proud of the work that we do. We feel that we support a just cause."

Blackwater company's contractors provide protection to Paul Bremer and the US administration in Iraq.

One resident of Falluja , Abdul Aziz Mohammed, said: "The people of Fallujah hanged some of the bodies on the old bridge like slaughtered sheep."
