When the history of this week's 'breaking story' about the alleged smuggling of a Russian Igla surface-to-air missile into the USA is finally written, the subtitle should run as follows: 'State set-up; no relevance to terrorist threat'. JID sheds some light on a much hyped tale of stupidity, greed and political spin.

Despite the plethora of over-excited media headlines earlier this week, the classic 'sting' operation, which was organised by the Russian secret service (FSB) and the USA's FBI to entrap an alleged arms dealer allegedly seeking to sell an Igla missile to what he apparently believed was a group of Islamic terrorists in the USA, revealed little beyond the intelligence services' insatiable desire for positive publicity. Put bluntly, there was no realistic prospect of this sort of advanced weapon being supplied to anyone without the active collusion of the Russian state authorities.

Above all, most reports missed the main points. The real threat to the USA and its allies - and there is a genuine risk - comes less from hi-tech weaponry of the Igla variety than from the committed militant willing to commit suicide, which was demonstrated by Al-Qaeda on 11 September 2001. Moreover, Russia became involved in this 'sting' because its military has a well-deserved reputation for selling anything to anyone.

Others involved with Lakhani are suspected of contacts with Israeli intelligence.

First the "shoe-bomber", then the Lynch "Rescue" and now this. Bush and his cronies have a terrible habit of making mountains out of molehills.

Bush claims this as a victory in the war on terror? Victory my bollocks... So a possible guy willing to sell arms is off the streets. Hardly the fall of Al Qaeda...

But then they don't want the fall of Al Qaeda, now do they. That would mean Bush would be out of work.

New York Jewish diamond dealer is Al Qaeda agent?

Apart from the very ordinary,although financially challenged 68 year old Indian (Hindu)gentleman from north London, the other "Al Qaeda agents" were another Indian national and a 76 year old Jewish diamond and money dealer from New York , Yahuda Abraham.

Yahuda Abraham is a pillar of the Orthodox Jewish community in New York City with a house in Queens, an office in New York's diamond district and shops around the world. He is a friend of Abraham Foxman of the world jewish Congress- a man and a group which have, for decades, been extorting billions from European banks and governments for "victims of the Holocaust". Norman Finkelstein shows in his book "The Holocaust Industry", very little of this money ever went to jewish survivors of the Nazi atrocities but rather went to projects in Israel that helped the "greater Jewish Good".

Moinuddeen Ahmed Hameed, an Indian citizen, is an employee of Abraham's Ambuy International/Ambuy Gem Corp.,

The greatest "terrorist threat" to America, and indeed Ireland, is the Indo-Israeli intelligence group who would be willing to launch attacks masquerading as Muslims .

Sections of the Israel government are very annoyed with the US about the recent peace plans and are determined to undermine any further miserable concessions to Palestinians or any halting of the "settlement of Zion". They are Zionists or as people nowadays like to give all players their full ethno-religious title , Jewish extremists/fundamentalists. Sections of the Indian Government are Hindu Fundamentalists and in fact some of them belong to the party that assasinated Mahatma and Rajeet Ghandi for "surrendering" to Muslims. They are really annoyed with recent US concessions to Pakistan . Both these groups have long been linked in a war on Islam by the right-wing fundamental beliefs.

These groups have agents in Ireland in various Christian/Zionist organisations and their offshoots. We would do well to be cautious about another Dublin/Monaghan Bombing scenario only this time it may not be Loyalists carrying out the attack for UK/US intelligence/Governments but rather Israeli-Indo fanatics taking advantage of the blind spot in Irish National Security caused by fearful hysteria against Muslims.
