Tim Wise's misleading article below actually becomes the problem that he is trying to address.

Focussing on the Palestininan Israeli Conflict as the problem to be resolved is a major blockage preventing a real long term solution.

The current conflict is a small part of a much bigger and more serious problem. It is an integral part of the attack (to the death) by the Arabs as a nation, on the Jews, as a people, begun in the 1930's, climaxing from time to time - 1948, 1967, 1973 etc., and continued to this day.

Much worse: It is fast becoming clear, that even this terrible scenario is a small part of a much bigger attack by a growing global group of manipulating power-hungry dictators, hate-breeding murderers, posing-as-religious leaders (so-called Islamic Fundamentalists). Their long term attack is not just on the Jews, but on the free-thinking non-Muslim western world in total.

If the 'average' Irishman, European and American is to ever understand the conflict, they need first to hear and understand the TRUTH: The "Goliath" is the Arabs cum Islamic Fundamentalists with their global billion barrels of oil revenue as their fearful weapon. The "David" is the Jews, back in their homeland called Israel with their slingshot of TRUTH.

As long as the western media and leadership continues to swallow and regurgitate the grotesque myth that the Philistine Goliath is in fact the Jewish David, and vica versa, true understanding will never prevail.

If only everybody were to realise that we were always the goodies, they were the baddies and if we shot them all the world would be a better place.

Give me a break.

Take your tanks and suicide bombers somewhere else please, preferably the Moon, and leave the rest of us alone, including the majority of Israelis and Palestinians who want peace.

This doesn't sound like the writings of Tim Wise to me. For a start, he has better composition skills than a hyperactive 10 year old. Read the link, "Reflections on Zionism from a Dissident Jew" for views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ACTUALLY written by him.

unlike the article by tim wise the above author has given no evidence for his views other than hurling dodgy methaphors and putting the word truth in block capitals. If you wish to make a comment, add it to the article, this is a news site, for NEW information, not hate filled angry statements supported with no evidence.

I also notice you conveniently neglected to attach a full name or email address. I know this is a contentious issue on the wire, but i would like to set out my arguements why everyone should put a full name and email address on their articles:

This site is run on a vountary basis, therefore accountability is unenforceable, and indeed would take away from the open publishing nature of the site, so i (and many other contributors on the wire) always attach a full name. Not "James" as the above writer has written, but my full name, the one which appears on my passport and birth cert. I am therefore tying myself to my article, making what i say questionable, and allowing criticism to be levelled at me as well as my article.

attaching an email address allows anyone to contact me with their criticisms and comments on my articles, outside of the news wire format.

Fact re the Middle East Region

I have recently made a number of relevant and historically accurate points re the situation in the Mid-East. The response from Zionist sympathisers is to engage in incoherent rambling, not reply to the points I made. The comment from some person describing himself/herself as whats up ? is priceless, I am still attempting to understand what exactly he/she means. The posting by another person "Jonny Boy" re hatred is incredible, the only reference to hatred was made by the member of the Israeli "left" who advocated ethnic cleansing in his interview which was posted on the site.
With regard to Eoin Maher's comment, I always use my real name with making comments. I always stand over what I say.

Yogic Flying is the Answer

I'm glad to say that large groups of Yogic Flyers throughout the world will solve the Arab Israeli Conflict plus all other conflicts in the world. What is preventing these groups from being set up is lack of financial resources.

One such project at the moment is to set up a group of 40,000 Yogic Flyers in India. The cost of this project is $1 billion, less than one days spending by the US War Machine. The interest from the billion dollars will maintain this group together forever.

Scientific Research has shown that when the square root of the world population (i.e just less than 8,000) practice Yogic Flying together in one spot, international terrorism was reduced on average by 79% on three different occasions.

The group of 40,000 will be large enough to resolve all negativity throughout the world.

Currently there has being over 100 million US dollars donated to this project. So it is intended that the first 10,000 Yogic Flyers will trained and housed together on the River Ganges before the year is out.

We should have harmony in the world by the new year.
