Dublin May Day Protest

The main May Day protest in Dublin is organised by the Dublin Council of trade Unions and will take place on Thursday May 1st , assembling at 6.30pm at the Garden of remembrance, Parnell Square.

The Irish Anti War Movement will be mobilising seriously for this protest to ensure that there is a large anti war contingent on the march. To this end the IAWM will be assembling as a contingent at 6.00pm at the centre island on O¡¯ Connell St and will hold a short rally before marching up to join the protest at Parnell Square.

The IAWM has produced leaflets and posters for this event and we encourage local anti war groups in Dublin to distribute these in their area.
