MI5 agent Martin Ingrams, reveals that extreme right wing neo nazi smack addled loyalist murderer Billy Wright was one of theirs. This claim is contained in some of the Stevens' 3 dossiers of evidence gathered over 14 years of investigation. According to Stevens 3, MI5/FRU/Special branch have around 400 agents placed within both loyalist and republican paramilitary groups.

MI5 agent Martin Ingrams reveals this info in the Sunday people newspaper. Amongst his claims are that Special branch helped loyalist paramilitaries import weapons and arms from Pik botha's South africa. With Special branch agents liasing with South africa white supremist paramilitaries arms dealers. Former CID RUC counstable Jonty Brown also expresses his disgust and shame at RUC/PSNI Special branch's sordid activities, which included passing files/info on suspected republicans to loyalist death squads. Loyalist turned special branch agent Ken Barrett, confessed to pulling the trigger on solicitor Pat Finucane on a TV documentary last year. With Former RUC chief John Hermon, Ronnie Flanagan and special branch head Bill lowry telling the then Northern Ireland secretary of state and Conservative minister Douglas Hogg, about human rights solicitors allegedly helping terrorists in the late 80's. This info was used in a speech by Hogg, starting the chain of events which would lead to the murder of Pat Finucane. Despite Special branch's dirty tricks, double dealings and black Ops rampage, former members of the old RUC Special branch were still awarded the top posts in the new allegedly reformed RUC/PSNI. The same people who ran the old RUC Special branch are now running the new PSNI, being transferred to top posts within the new PSNI.

Stevens 3 found that RUC Special branch agents/MI5 agents and their handlers were implicated in over 200 murders in Northern Ireland, including the murders of members of the security forces and civillians. Recent murders in 2000, of human rights lawyer Rosemary Nelson, journalist Marty O Hagan, and the assasination of their own agent William Stobie who was about to reveal the identities of his RUC handlers and implicate these handlers during his trial. Those suspected of being MI5/Special branch agents include the expelled 'C'company members, who are rumoured to have instigated the sectarian murders of Gerard lawlor, Gavin Brett and postman Danny McColgan, in an attempt to provoke republican paramilitaries into breaking their ceasefire in retaliation to 'C' companys sectarian murders.
