They also expressed their displeasure at Aznar´s Popular parties plans to further privatise education.
in New York City students have occupied a Hunter College university. Hunter Students Take Over President's Office Demanding, "No War, No Tuition Hike, No Budget Cuts!"

New York, NY - February 10, 2003 -- Hunter College students are occupying the office of college president, Jennifer Raab. The students presented a petition demanding that the president make a public statement in opposition to: to war on Iraq, proposed tuition hike, cuts to financial aid, and budget cuts to the City University of New York. The students are refusing to leave the office until their demands are met.
