Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.
AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.
Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza
Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support
With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza
China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty
A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

Go out tonight and chop-chop-chop down a tree. It'll speed up the plan which will create jobs and may Galway more beautiful.
More trees is better be they old new symboloc whatever.
Hy lads,
I have to write something about the Eyre Square Enhancement and I wonder why everybody's complaining about the chopping of the trees? When the square is finished there will be more trees than now.
We wish you luck in your camapign. We are also campigning to get trees saved in the Derby Arboretum - over 109 are proposed to be felled for re-planting as it is claimed that they are sick, or overcrowding others. The area where most of them are is to be turned into a 'tourist honeypot' and the historic part of the park surrounded in high railings and shut at night. The other half of the Park is to have a large 'tin shed' built on it which will cause over 20 healthy trees to be destroyed. There is an alternative site which has not been examined on the City Council's own depot!
Enclose some details and we're soon to set up a website. PLease send us info on how you progress and if we can send letters, emails etc in support we're happy to do so.
regards
Dorothy Skrytek
There is an alternative site that the Council has not considered for the
Heart building - the depot on Reginald St. Once the other buildings are
refurbished, this
will make the Heart bldg smaller and it will then fit. Cricket nets can then
just be placed to the side of the synthetic pitches, saving money and energy
and the toilet block can have a small rangers room/police room added on, for
security. This will save a lot of open space in the area and is a better use
of the land. In its present proposed site the Heart of the Park building
will be vandalised within days. Bear in mind that
there were THREE
reports missing from the application meeting. These were Design and Community Safety,
English Heritage and a report which the City Council should have done
regarding open space. .The latter is in Government Guidance 17 , in order to
show that the facilities are needed on open space and to show bio-diversity
effect.
PPG 17
The Rosehill, Peartree and Normanton areas all suffer from a lack of public
open space and this is acknowledged in the City of Derby Local Plan.
Govt planning guidance (PPG17) states that the developer has to show that
the Council has carried out
an open space strategy, with robust assessments of needs and
qualities.Existing open space and land associated with sports facilities
should 'not be built on unless an assessment has been undertaken that has
shown these to be) surplus to requirements. This surplus must consider all
functions that open space performs, which by implication includes nature
conservation''
yet there is no assessment with the application and no consultation with the
Wildlife Trust or other statutory consultees, such as English Heritage.
Yet all this was glossed over at the meeting. Cllr Bolton weakly
asked where the community safety report and the report from the Crime
Prevention Officer was, but it was obviously a done
thing. Plus of course, Economic Implications seemed to be missing too
If moved the Heart building will be made more secure as it will be
overlooked by people in the Reginald St Flats. The Planning Director has
acknowledged that the development of the yard would not detract from the
Conservation Area. (Plann Agenda Cttee meeting 23 jan) It will also be safer
for the people using the park, as there is a ready-made brick wall in place.
Otherwise there will be a building site on the Arboretum for three years
with lorries driving in and out of the park all day. Many people access the park ALL day and their safety has not been considered by the implications of a building site in the middle.
We are not against the facilities
which are a great idea and are needed, especially things like cricket nets
and a cafe - Strutt even said what sort of cutlery should be used in his
legacy for the park. However,
his tea-room was in the orangery, NOT a giant shed. During the 2 days I've been in
the Arboretum not one person who used the park was against the moving of the
shed (Heart of Park building) to Reginald St.It was also surprising that
they did not know the
details, such as the sizes of the buildings proposed. Not one person knew
details of the plans, as most of them had been to an exhibition in which
tree-felling was not even mentioned! Some said it was a pity the Shaftesbury
Rec lottery plans fell through tho' as part of the proposals for the
Arboretum would be much better suited for there, as it already has sports
facilities. Many did not want the building at all!!! These are the very
people whose comments were 'mislaid' at the exhibitions in the Orangery a
few years ago
A member of Friends of the
Arboretum on the Panel says she was not informed of many of the
proposals.
A petition is to go to the Lottery people, as well as a letter asking
whether they know what destruction, waste of open space and opposition to
community wishes is being carried out in their name and the sort of bad
image such a proposal makes.
Do Galway City Council give any GOOD reason for wanting to cut down these trees?
If so, I would be interested to know what it is - or what they say it is.
