Maybe the following will explain; (quote from Tony Blair's foreign policy guru Robert Cooper April 2002); And how does Cooper ‘deal with’ this ‘chaos’? ‘But, when dealing with old-fashioned states outside the postmodern continent of Europe, we need to revert to the rougher methods of an earlier era - force, pre-emptive attack, deception, whatever is necessary….’ ‘The most logical way to deal with chaos ………….is colonisation.’ So, there we have it, British government policy is to colonise by force. |
