Thank Lockdowns for the Worst Budget in History Sat Nov 22, 2025 13:00 | Will Jones
We're a week away from the most painful Budget in history thanks largely to the eye-watering cost of lockdown. Yet Baroness Hallett says next time the Government must be ready to go harder and faster. This is insanity.

How about the OIRA/WP coming clean about the Aldershot bombings? The murder of Seamus Costello? The murder of Larry Wright? Their Building Sites protection rackets?
If the IRA followed the lead and release information on things that happened 30 years ago we might find out the truth about such things as the Claudy bombing, Bloody Friday, the disappearance of Jean McConville, etc, etc.
The loyalists equally should unearth some of their dirty secrets.
Yes there where more than the 'dirty brits fighting' and yes they released documents after 30 years - i dont equate this to coming clean - dont be so naive to think they have or will ever release all the information regarding their occupation and multiple murderous plans.
No one side of any conflict is going to " come clean " especially not the " dirty brits"
Toicfaidh ar la!
Lets not forget that there were others fighting in the north and not just the dirty brits, al least they come clean eventually.
actually, the government is not actually obliged to reveal state secrets if they "compromise persons still living, or present a threat to the state" of something pretty much along those lines. So basically the state can hide whatever 'sensitive' info they want for as long as they want. well i think the offical limit is 100 years, by which time we'll all be dead anyway. in fact, the way bushy boy is going, we might not even last to the end of the decade.
