In his Sixth Form Christmas quiz this year, none of Dave Summers's students could name the author of To Kill a Mockingbird ? previously one of the easy questions. Another sign that wokery is dissolving our culture.

If Christmas songs fall foul of Labour's 'banter ban', Christmas carols ? with their 'offensive' assertions of the divinity of Christ that are deemed blasphemous by Islam ? are even more likely to, says Julian Mann.

Keir Starmer is preparing to tie Britain to the EU's Net Zero plans in a move that would impose radically stricter 'green' energy targets on homes and businesses, leading to further deindustrialisation and impoverishment.

If anyone has a bit of spare time around twelve today, please consider helping out with the picket for this most worthy cause.

Maith déanta do gach duine a tháinig amach sa droch aimsir inniú. Well done to all who turned out today - a very successful protest - particularly given the weather. Particular mention needs to be given to the RNU, RSF, IRSP and Cumann Seáin Mhic Eachaidh. Good to see that Irish Republicans are to the fore when it comes to international Workers Revolution. Tiocfaidh ár lá. Pics to follow.

Is the red cross/red crescent taking any interest in the Maoist POWs? Where is the war and how long has it been going on?

Actually, the Red Cross and Medicine Sans Frontiers have been accused of assisting the Maoists, by treating wounded Volunteers. But, presumably they treat wounded Indian state forces just the same. The conflict is at it strongest along whats called the Red Corridor, which is nearly all of Eastern India. You can read more about the conflict here. Sorry for the source, but it seems to be a fairly accurate account:
